    Thanq very much for these lessons but my question is if i drink 1 jug of water right after waking up to clear the bowl then what should be the gap before doing these breathing exercises

      Between 30 min to 1 hour, depends how full you feel after drinking water 🙏

      BP patient should only do anulom vilom with care and caution. And gentle kapalbhati also can be performed.
