Yes, the one covers have a curve at the back where s/x are flat. They fit my xbox one s controllers with no problems besides trying to figure out what to do with all the extra battery covers I can't use. Lol
I just got the Xbox series s and got this for the controllers and it hurt watching it I’m like I know that’s not how you do it screaming at my screen lmao
I bought these and they work and are good , it was a little confusing at first but I just looked at the instructions before I started trying to just jam things into my controller 😂😂

So far these packs last me a good 3-4 days of 2hr gameplay sessions before having to recharge and by tbst time I already have the other one charged and ready to go. Micro USB is no issue for me.
This product actually is very easy and convenient to use he did not do it any justice he made it look bad but I have it and it is great installs easily def didn't have any of these issues he is having lol
I got these just over a year ago and they deteriorated so fast. About three months ago the batteries became so weak that they couldn't turn on the controller when fully charged. If your looking for something long term I would not get these. I'd recommend rechargeable AA batteries as they aren't super weak after a year and last you way more playtime.
Coming from using Playstation my whole life and then coming to the Xbox side this is the most annoying thing about Xbox with the disposable batteries and Microsoft not making this clear. I think I will go with the branded Xbox Plug N Play battery. Thanks for the info BTech.
Yeah but the thing about playstation controllers is that battery can't be changed inside as easily and does lose charge after maybe a year or so, depending on use. These batteries will wear out too but they can be changed out easily. The controller has to be bought used or new to get a new charge.
Does the xbox dashboard show the battery level so you get a low battery notification when the battery is low? Cos I bought a battery pack from amazon which actually charges from the controller usb-c port itself but the battery indicator in the dashboard doesn't work and when the battery is low it just straight up turns off the controller which is annoying when you don't know you have a low battery cos there's no notification
I was very confused too. That one of the batteries I put in there, I'm not taking it out. It gave me so much trouble. I was scared I was going to break the controller. The other battery going to save as a replacement.
I know wtf, it was like watching my little brother. The kit this moron opened came with 2 covers, 2 covers are for the newer series s/x controllers and the other 2 covers are for the older Xbox one controller, it wasn’t fitting right because he was using a series x/s cover on a old controller. I recommend you watch this video instead. th-cam.com/video/6_bgkweh5C8/w-d-xo.html
What happens if you plug a USB-C to the controller? Would it charge or it has to be through the micro USB? Also I hear they have a USB-C pack now, can you compare?
I don't know if you already got the battery, but yes it should fit the Series X controller. I don't know how long it charges but the color does change from orange to white when fully charged
I’m having so much trouble putting the back cover on my remote , I understand it comes with 2 different types of covers but neither are trying to fit correctly into my remote , maybe it’s just me tweaking , has anyone else had this issue? the battery packs work fine btw. Just the covers aren’t trying to fit correctly
Personally I think these batteries are decent if u charge them every night. But I opened these packs up and each battery is 1100mah, which makes it a 2200mah battery pack. Also the battery’s aren’t even AA or AAA it’s a custom kind or something. But if u want some good battery’s that can last 2 day intense gameing sessions, I’d go to your local dollar general and pick up a pack of Energizer recharge battery’s, that come with 4 batteries and 1 charger for 11$ . And each Energizer battery is 2300 mah so both batteries together would be 4600mah. So my conclusion to the PowerA battery pack is that it is kinda a ripoff that was made for looks because it comes with a nice charging stand, well some do. But the battery packs are kinda shit.
No. It’s just comes with the rechargeable battery and the cord to plug into the battery pack so the battery can charge while using the controller. Controller sold separately 👍🏾
I also have these exact batteries. They have lasted for 2 years and are still good. I have 2 controllers and usually charge them via a dock station but sometimes with a micro plug. I think there great batteries at a very good price. I charge them after every play session whether it’s 2 hours or 8 hours. I think draining them to the “dead” point is what makes these batteries fail early. I will most likely try the C plug connection the next time I replace batteries as my dock station is starting to have issues and C plug is far superior to a micro port.
WOOOW 🤦🤦, all of y'all are putting it in wrong u don't put the bottom in first then push the door, what u do is put it in like u would with the original Xbox battery door, slide from the from to the bottom of the controller, port to port, and this works with one as well and series 🤦🤦
My god these batteries suck, so do the orange rechargeable ones. I used to have double A rechargeables, but had trouble losing them. I can’t give my opinion on them. Though to other peoples knowledge they work better and last longer? Anyways don’t get these. They suck
