Correction here - Hi temp wash option only ensures the main wash portion and final rinse portion is at 140 degrees maximum for cleaning assurance. - as the room temp dishes cool the main wash portion significantly in any dishwasher!

Thanks for the video. Just installed ours 2 weeks ago and love it but I do think the 7hr wash it too darn much, I would never leave my dishes overnight and need a 7hr wash bc it’s so stuck on lol. Love how it washes though, I stick with the 1hr wash, after seeing this I’ll be adding the sani rinse everytime with it to make sure they’re extra clean.
My whirlpool after a normal wash and heat dry leaves my dishes soaked, I think there’s something wrong with the drying element because dishes should not be wet in dishwasher 12hrs later... any advice?

However i have talked to a few other ppl and they have a LG and a Bosch and they are both having same issues... seems to be newer dishwashers do NOT dry well ... makes no sense to me and to have wet moist in the dishwasher ALL the time is a breeding ground , not good for sure

I have one that’s similar to this one in an apartment I am renting. I don’t have a manual or know how old it is or how often it was used, if at all. I tried following the instructions and when I close the door, the green light doesn’t turn on at the front of the door and nothing happens except for the lights on the buttons start blinking. IMPORTANT FACTS added=In owners manual is does state if you use a LONGER wash it saves more Energy & WATER!! Like driving a car slower...& Need to know about inside racks-manual doesnt state that either!! There are clamps to raise upper rack to different positions BUT what is the right side blue piece for- Wine Rack??

There is a little door that says "pre-wash" and another little door for rinse aid. *where* does the soap for the main cycle go? Because if I put soap in the pre-wash, it uses that soap immediately, then empties, then goes to the main wash cycle. But... I haven't put any soap for the main wash because I don't see anywhere to put it.
I got a new Whirlpool dishwasher n it's nothing like my old 30 year Whirlpool so I wanted my old one back. Lol. I had all these same problems. On my old one it didn't take long to wash n when it started on dry cycle then I would crack door barely n let steam out n my dishes would dry n save on power also. I tried that on new one n it dried better that way.

I just bought a new Whirlpool. I have used it twice. Now I can't get it to close. Nothing is in its way. When I try to close it within the 4 seconds, it pops it back open. Do you know what is causing this?
There should be a compartment on the inside of the door. I use 'Cascade Platinum' pods. I place pod inside the compartment and close it in. If you use Prewash, that goes on the outside of the compartment door- where the pod went in, it will say prewash-Just fill in the area that says prewash. Hope this makes sense. It took me sometime to figure out.

I know how you feel. 😩 My husband just bought this exact one at Lowe's hardware for my bday last month. I've used it 3 times and it stopped working yesterday. I press the options I want and press start. The time and lights remains on for maybe 1-2 min and then turns off. It won't do anything but light up and it's only a month old. 😡

Make sure nothing is blocking the propellers such as spoons or forks or pot handles that can dip below the rack level.

I know how you feel. 😩 My husband just bought this exact one at Lowe's hardware for my bday last month. I've used it 3 times and it stopped working yesterday. I press the options I want and press start. The time and lights remains on for maybe 1-2 min and then turns off. It won't do anything but light up and it's only a month old. 😡

My sani wash comes up red and won't allow me to make a wash selection. What am I doing wrong?
