i bought a 2013 s4 , 87k miles from an audi dealership and the transmission failed and is being replaced within the first 2 weeks of me driving it. it’s being replaced and paid for by the dealership, thankfully
Thank god! By chance, do you know how much would it have cost without warranty? I have a 2013 I’m looking at as well, just deciding if it’s worth it or if she needs a new home. Completely out of warranty and at least 5-8k in obvious repairs needed. but if the engine or trans went it would be a bad day..
That’s very unfortunate but lucky for you too!! Just sucks to be down a car like that especially after just getting it. Thankfully though you didn’t have to pay for that!🙏🏻
@@HuheJass it’s just unfortunate, back in 2017 the previous owner took it to audi and claimed the transmission was slipping and they didn’t do anything about it, luckily it broke down on me quick after i got it so they have to pay for it. just make sure you get a warranty forsure . these cars are said to be bulletproof but a warranty is worth it just incase
Fucking want this car so bad!
Thank you!! It’s honestly such a great car to have!
I love it when you shot off the line then were like only a baby one cos there might be cops around 🤣🤣 your an OG 👊🏻
Haha gotta be careful out in them streets
@@Dscotty you sure do 😎
Bought a new 2015 S4. The most expensive thing to fail where the motor mounts. So far reliable car.
Was that covered under warranty?
@@Dscotty The first was, the second not. Next time I will purchase 034 motor mounts, they are solid, less prone to cracking.

@@Dscotty thankfully it happened sooner than later so i don’t have to pay for it, would’ve cost 14k usd for a new transmission
