    I have tried it three times till now. I drrifted into sleep before the count of twenty breaths.

We have a wonderful Supernatural Lord God ALMIGHTY in JESUS CHRIST 🙏 HIS GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR US.       Our Lord died on the Cross, HE took all our sins, sickness, to the cross and died on the Cross, our Lord JESUS CHRIST was buried, and HE Rose on the Third Day and was ascended into Heave and HE will come back again. Until, HE comes back we who Trust in HIM will be protected against all harm, sickness, sins when we receive HIM as our SAVIOR.     OMG 😱 i didn't believe this ...i had sleeplessness for 6 months ..i tried first day i could not sleep.second day also i tried..i didn't remember when i slept and how.This works 😂 really... Thanks a lot ma'am.

    Grateful and thankful for this simple remedy Doctor. I have sleeping problem, yesterday was the first day I tried and I slept like a log for 5hours, will do this exercise daily and hopefully will sleep for complete 8 hours. Once again thank you so much. God Bless

    Didi, many thanks on this Mudra for sleeping. Every night just before bed I do it and within 5/6 minutes I go into deep sleep. I also tell others about your Mudras. 🙏🙏

    Due to viral fever I didn't get sleep for past 7 days. At last I watched this video yesterday and I practiced yesterday's night. It worked very well. I got sound sleep.

    One problem is for getting good digestion we are advised to sleep on the left side. For getting good sleep now we are advised to sleep on the right side 🤔

    Dr Bhatnagar, Even yog gurus recomend always left side position. So, your advice is contrary to yoga gurus' advice. I find the left position is more comfortable.

      Only to practice pranayama laid down temporarily on the right side after that you can take your comfortable position 👍

    Sir i completed my 10th in 2016 after that I have studied 3 year's Diploma ie.2016-2019 but due to backlogs i discontinued it in 2019 i taken admission in open inter and open degree in same year in 2020 my open inter and open degree 1st year completed in 2021 2nd year completed in 2022 that is in this year I complete my distance bcom degree from Gitam distance University Visakhapatnam is this inter and degree Valid for all government and software and private job

    I feel extremely sleepy immediately after passing stools every morning. Also again a couple of times during the day. In all I sleep for about three hours during the day plus 7-8 hours at night. Kindly tell me how I may avoid day time sleeping. Many thanx!

    D.r Madam Namasthe When one sleeps on the right side the right nostril doesn’t function. It gets closed automatically and it is connected to Surya nadi. left is for the Chandra Nadi. I practiced yoga for 5 years under the guidance of the Divine life society Rishi case. I had no sleeping issue. Now after 36 years I have this problem. I will follow your advice right away today’s night. I practiced the Kundalini yoga and in that I achieved almost. May God bless you.

    I am in the United States and it’s 11:16 am here, I started inhaling and exhaling from left nose while lying on right side, all will be surprised to know that I am feeling sleepy😂 really amazing. Thanks so very much Doctor 😊

    I really appreciate and love you Dr. Devika for this beautiful video on how to get sound sleep but some people from Ayurveda say one should not sleep on the right side because Chandranadi becomes active.
