Thanks madam to describe the process of prayanam for brain work properly. In Anulom Belom pranaym, it rectified 72crores 72lac 10thousand and two hundred ten nerves. I have a student of mental problem and depression. Now, he is better within two months.Please note that, I am also doing yoga and pranaym regularly in which Shirshana and Mayurashana also at the age of 74years. Thanks and god bless you.

First inhale from left nostril, hold for 4 sec, exhale from right nostril - this is one round. Then inhale from right nostril, hold for 4 seconds, exhale from left nostril - this would be round 2. Again start from left nostril, and continue upto 10 rounds. 3. Bhramari - 3 rounds. Softly, close your eyes with middle finger and ring finger, and ears with thumb. Inhale a long breath from nose, and produce sound from throat like honey bee. Do morning or evening, but with empty stomach.

Devika ji..I am doing this yoga for 3 days now and there is a definite feel good factor.Im thankful to you for that.Can I ask few questions? 1) How many times can we do this kumbhaka pranayam in a day? 2) One of my senior relative, 62 years old had a mild stroke 6 months back.He is fine now.Can he do this kumbhaka pranayam?
Good to hear from you. 1. One time in a day is more than enough. 2. In Kumbhaka retention of air should not be more than 10 seconds. Practice regularly 👍
