You can use anything you want but you probably won’t get big, using shit isn’t how you get big. If it was EVERYONE would be huge but they aren’t unfortunately. Learn how to train & eat and don’t look for short cuts

Which brand of Sourdough bread does Meg eat? Most bread marketed as Sourdough isn't legit; it's full of other ingredients.
I agree. Alot isn't actually proper fermented sourdough bread. Proper fermented sourdough bread is the best
One made in the bakery so I’m sure it’s sourdough as it doesn’t really have many other ingredients other than what you need to make bread

With cor i make my own by blending rice up and never use protein powder. Only go with real food sources
