    The Upper/Lower split you posted about 2 months ago has been legit. Ive put the compounds in the beginning but besides that Ive gotten strong af and my recovery is great

      Nice, I was thinking of trying it. I already do an upper lower split, but would perhaps make some tweaks to it based on Kuba's recs

    excellent video. appreciated you breaking down each supplement dose by grams which is easier for me to understand. fully on board with these five. Nice to hear someone mention creatine dosing based on body weight which is how I dose it. As a masters aged athlete I take around 15 to 20 mg per day of creatine with no negative side effects. fair play to you.

    Just a tip for the video itself m8. I would suggest adjusting the camera angle so u can get the Ultraflex LED lighting in fully. It would give an overall better visual effect for viewers. Also a good "shameless" plug hahaha. Good video m8

    I've always had really bad stomach issues when taking whey protein so wasn't able to drink UNTIL I tried caramel & nut flavour vegan protein from TBJP & now No issues at all plus real nice flavour no tangy crap well recommended guys.

    I would'nt consider whey as a supplement. It's a food source, a by-product of cheese production.

    Tip for those on a budget, cod liver oil is great for both omega 3 and vit D3. Obviously not as good as taking them separately from a high quality source or as potent. However, even good brands of cod liver oil are very cheap in comparison. So if money is a barrier there's still no need to not get some supplemental omega 3's and d3

    • @KubaSylvesterCielen
      @KubaSylvesterCielen  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Quality Omega 3 supps are affordable, giving advice to take a poor quality omega oil in is poor as it does nothing for the benefit we are looking for unfortunately. Best off not wasting money and buying more veg and fruit

      @@KubaSylvesterCielen I should probably not comment on posts when doing cardio as my brain clearly doesn't function optimally (I probably need more vitamin D too) :).
      I wasn't trying to say replace one with the other or buy cheap rubbish, as you can't beat a top quality supplement. Cod liver oil only has about 1/5th the EPA/DHA as a good omega-3, so if you want equivalent amounts its probably just as cost effective to use something like TBJP omega pro.
      However Cod liver oil shouldn't be slept on as an adjunct to a good omega-3, as it is very high in vitamins A, D3 and E ,making it a good all-rounder. And there is a lot of recent research showing that Vits A & D3 work synergistically to reduce Th17 cells thus reducing IL17 and likely inflammation (Ikeda et al. if you're interested).
      And of course, if it wasn't for Cod liver oil we wouldn't know about the benefits of Omega-3s, It was George Burr's research using cod liver oil almost 100 years ago that originally discovered the benefits of omega-3s. The stuff is old and unfashionable but a very interesting subject to research if you ever want to take a deep dive.
      Anyways, keep on producing the good content, it helps me get through the morning cardio!

    You recommend a minimum of 6,000 IU of Vit D per day. The NHS says more than 4,000 IU a day can be dangerous and lead to kidney and heart damage.

      @KubaSylvesterCielen  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Listening to NHS about any sort of nutritional or health advice is not a smart idea.
      They might want you to think that so you basically suppress your immune system, type in vitamin d3 and ( illness ) in pub med ( where all research is conducted ) you will see countless studies showing benefits of higher doses of it

    Not that I’m against supplementing in anyway but How is it impossible to get enough omega 3 from just eating fish ? Also you should really be looking at other sources as well
    I know bodybuilders typically choose very limited food options but in the off season or for lifestyle clients they can comfortably get “enough”
