I like listening to the ex service guys. Not for the guns and glory, which isn't discussed anyway, but the nuggets of wisdom through their own experiences. Always something to learn. Great interview.
The story he told about his kid, his wife, washing machine, divorce, money, Makes so much sense, no one teaches us to deal with that, Not just me , thank you
Wow, thank you so much for doing this podcast with Jason Fox. What a guy, funny, interesting, intelligent, a real life super hero. I think that label gets used to much. But in Jason's case I think it's spot on. I really enjoyed his books that he has wrote and have had a impact with me and my issues suffering with mental health and anxiety issues. And I've got to say, really enjoyed watching him beast the people on the SAS show on channel 4. But he also builds them up if can see they are trying. In short just a great man, and human being.
Great episode. Very interesting to watch. My brother in law was a royal marine, did 3 tours of afgan so very relatable with his issues during and after. Thanks Jason, Grace and the team xxx
Jason really hits the nail on the head during this interview. I didn't do anything like Jason did but when I left my head was very much in the same place. Everyone was focused on my service in the Army but reflecting back it was the fact I just didn't have the skills to deal and balance the everyday life outside of the military. We function at a high level in the military but your personal life is actually in very bad condition. As soldiers, we also tend to use things in our lives to drive us and keep us in the right mindset, but as they start to fall apart, we struggle to put two and two together. Also, there os definitely something about growing up in Luton that wires you different 😂. Thanks for talking Jason. Blessings brother.
Thank you. Great interview and what Jason spoke about on the difficulties of going from a military to civilian life brought back my own memories as I experienced the same. I fo hope that these are now long in the past and veterans supported and assisted in every way. Thank you.
I think you managed to find one of the most interesting and complicated men to interview. Not a boy, or a "modern" manboy, but a very real, very complex, and very strong and interesting man. Well done Grace, an excellent interview, and well done Foxy, a true professional and old school man.

Good thoughtfull intelligent reserved guy. Not big timing it like some on pod casts. I remember years ago going into my unit to hear someone on running machine. I turned corner to my horror and shock it was a 22 guy crying his eyes out. Turned out relationship issues. Jason came close to edge and turned it round. He is thought full and clever. I lost a former work collegue a 22 guy last year he topped himself. Reg Association is doing and offering mental health course so we can all help each other and blokes that live near who have issues. Shows things are changing for the better. The actual mil is rubbish at looking after blokes. Sad world. Interesting interview. I never understood how blokes could find the time to get married or father kids. Human nature but rarely works out.
Lots of people saying she looks distracted…I think she has mentioned in the past she has ADHD…and non-eye contact and looking around is a very common behaviour trait. As someone with ADHD, if it’s a heavy convo I have to look away and cannot look directly at the person talking or I start tearing up 😅
I understand that bit where you feel a bit more scared when you get older and have other personal responsibilities that come along. A lot of things play into it, but it is clear Jason has done some serious psychological work on himself, I hope he continues to do well on his journey. I have been out for 14 years now and still struggle with PTSD a bit, I had a serious painkiller addiction for 9 years and been massively suicidal, but have been clean for 5 years now and feel like living life again, I am doing so much better now on all counts of life. I am getting regular employment now in my dream job of as an advanced race track driving instructor. I had always had a talent for it, I have raced successfully for a few years now and one of Australia's top drivers is now my boss and good friend. To everyone else struggling, you can and will get through the pain, stay strong to all that have been through those hard times. Go and chase some dreams, each and every day, choose each day ❤😀
No wonder these guys have issues when they leave the military in general but especially an elite fighting force who are basically modern day warriors where you've got adrenaline, status and frankly unusual experiences overseas. Would love to know the stats on whether PTSD is more prevalent with the "good guys" as Foxy is tough calm and brilliant at his job yet still human.
For all you liberals out there, this is called a Man. Decent interview but if you want Rogan type numbers you need to listen a little bit more. You missed some things you could have asked he alluded to.
The editing is really making this hard to watch I thought it was a connectivity problem It's smashing content and wonderful questions But the editing is off putting and extremely frustrating to watch I'm sorry I'm unsubscribing
The only way to truly overcome demons is by the blood of Yeshua (Jesus!), the power of God! God supernaturally brings His love to cover us and heal every last bit of ourselves so we can be in perfect union with Him forever! We just have to ask Him to forgive us and help us and He changes everything by His love!!
Very few actually get into the real position that JESUS Promises, yes millions are Saved by Him, but abundant life? Deep spiritual healing? Most are captured by religious Christianity restrained by creeds dogmas and a misunderstanding of The Inspired Hebrew Scriptures. Most haven’t got the Will desire or even know that they need and could go much deeper in Christ! Consequently the Church members have the same % as the world in lifestyle ~ divorces, crimes etc I also joined the Army 16 did 9 Para Sqn did 3 Para pathfinders JESUS CHRIST IS LORD ✝️🩸🕊️👑 HE IS AWESOME. I have experienced The Baptism in THE HOLY SPIRIT. Acts 2 v 1-4. Ask Jesus into your heart and complete life 🙏🏼
cant stand her vocal fry, constant use of the word like, fake smiles and put on posh voice...a lovely looking lady though...but maybe she shouldnt be so prominent as the interview should be about him and not her...bring on the hate replies people you know i have made good points 😂
I like listening to the ex service guys. Not for the guns and glory, which isn't discussed anyway, but the nuggets of wisdom through their own experiences. Always something to learn. Great interview.
Same. There's so many nuggets of wisdom they have to share that it's invaluable and really interesting.
Foxy hits the nail on the head here. Mental health is a reason, but it shouldn’t be an excuse for being weak and/or lazy.
The story he told about his kid, his wife, washing machine, divorce, money,
Makes so much sense, no one teaches us to deal with that,
Not just me , thank you
Doing your best every day turns into a habit of greatness.
I could listen to his stories and experiences all day
Same bro

Yeah, liked that, nice one
Jason Fox is a fantastic person to hear talk but seems like he was carrying this, answering a questionnaire IRL.
Colin Mclaughlan from the first season. Ex SAS. Has been through it all.

Great heart on his sleeve interview with Jason.
Extremely annoying & unprofessional when the interviewer keeps looking away to her left from camera.
For all you liberals out there, this is called a Man. Decent interview but if you want Rogan type numbers you need to listen a little bit more. You missed some things you could have asked he alluded to.
call on the name of Jesus
Your contant jittering, looking around and glancing away makes this really hard to watch unfortunately
Constant*
I've had to stop watching - this amazing guy deserves more respect
That’s a bit harsh
@@freddie_mvp I have a feeling you simp for the posh girl

Not the best to be fair. Plus the ads....ffs
I thought that was Sofia Richie
What a stunning looking woman
Does anyone else see, BOTOX LIPS!
Why’s he have to sit 2 metre’s apart 🤔
He does not wear a cap.....no real special force....
Lest ye become like little children ye will not enter the kingdom of heaven" ....or live like a toddler as foxy says🙏
I’ve never seen a more disinterested host on a podcast, it was like grace had better things to do! Cringey and very disrespectful 👎🏻
Beckets Mechanical Aptitude Test? 🤔 Test 🤣

I have experienced The Baptism in THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Acts 2 v 1-4.
Ask Jesus into your heart and complete life 🙏🏼
He is great, but you have some irritating "so so so so..." cutsie mannerisms. Just be yourself.

Yes mate she's quite obnoxious.
The interviewer has more interest in herself than the interview. Really off putting.
