Never seen the Zottman curl. Will definitely add it to my routine!
Watch out for pain from the tendons in the elbow. I did some Zottmanns and couldn’t train at all for several weeks after. Screwed my golf up too- well that’s my excuse! Good luck.
@@richardfell7480 perhaps you went too heavy. I've done this routine 3 times each day and I've gotten no pain.
When I grabbed my heavier pair of dumbells I start I feel pain so I switched back to the lighter ones. And I'm okay
