Glad you like the workout! The neck and abs... so tricky! Couple things you can try. First, modify some of the exercises, moving your hands behind your gear to offer your neck more support. Next, if you’re hands aren’t behind yourself head then try to force your neck into a neutral position by keeping it relaxed - in other words, try not to lift your head while doing the reps, let it hang naturally and don’t tense up those muscles. The ab movements should all be initiated by your core, meaning, use your ab strength to come up and don’t lead with your neck. Hopefully some of those tips help.
