Well the weight depends on you. The amount of weight one person lifts can be 40lbs heavier than the amount someone else can. Just lift as heavy as you can, but if you aren't able to do the amount of reps listed here without messing up proper form, then lower the weight
@@TitanGT66 Not really, giving all you got can tire up your muscles quickly. I do 3 sets where I upper my dumbbels every end of set. For example I start at 8 kgs and go with 10 and lastly 12 at last rep. It is better and more stabilized. It doesn't matter how much you do but you gotta keep your form stab.
@@KaitoWasTaken I never said go until fatigue, I was saying just lift as heavy as you can without sacrificing proper form and control. Not everyone can lift their heaviest while maintaining proper form for 12 reps, which is why I said to lower the weight so that can be managed and you can do it comfortably
@@DavidN716 fácil una bara de madera gruesa, un lazo bien amarrado y una roca, botella con agua o algo que tenga buen peso pero con el que puedas hacer el recorrido completo con buena técnica y varias series.

Well after a while your muscle will breakdown. Just try to include some arm work. It doesn’t have to be a lot.
