Tibetan Healing Sound Meditation for Tension, Anger, Depression & Fatigue (ASMR Soft Spoken)

  • This soft spoken ASMR meditation uses Tibetan healing sounds with a real Tibetan Singing Bowl to help you drift off into a deep and healing sleep. Research suggests it can help with tension, anger, depression and fatigue. As this is an ASMR meditation it includes multiple triggers for sleep. The meditation concludes with a deep sleep induction and an extended soundscape for sleep. Meditation is a skills so to experience the maximum benefit you will need to practice regularly.

    I'm very glad you've done a more in depth Tibetan meditation. I am myself doing a sound healing course but I've only just done the first module. This was so good it knocked me out within minutes. May I ask what the bowl specifications are? It has a short sustain I noticed. It reminded me of one of the videos by the late great Thich Nhat Hanh.
