Fast ASMR: Tibetan Healing Sound Meditation for Tension & Depression | ADHD Version (Soft Spoken)

  • This fast pace soft spoken ASMR meditation uses Tibetan healing sounds meditation with a real Tibetan Singing Bowl to help you drift off into a deep and healing sleep. Research suggests it can help with tension, anger, depression and fatigue.
    The brain needs to be aroused to function well, lower levels of dopamine and norepinephrine in the brains of people with ADHD make finding and maintaining stimulation a challenge. So, those with ADHD, Autism and other sensory processing problems often seek out more intense experiences (louder, faster, riskier) in order to engage in their environment. My usual videos are very slow paced, so the opposite of what many with sensory processing problems are looking for. However, as sleep disorders are common for these people and often left untreated, I thought it was time I adapted my videos a little to try and help.
    As this is an ASMR sleep hypnosis is includes multiple triggers for sleep. The sleep hypnosis concludes with a deep sleep induction and an extended soundscape for sleep. Meditation and hypnosis are a skills so to experience the maximum benefit you will need to practice regularly.
    This ASMR sleep hypnosis is the equivalent of self hypnosis as I am not there to guide you in person, so your role is as important as mine.
