  • In this reaction we take a look at the Radha Mohan Das - Vedic Science and history TH-cam channel and their video titled: Analysing ' Jesus Christ ' in the Bhavishya Purana - Vedic Hindu prophecy. In the Bhavishya Purana, a Hindu text, there is a narrative that some interpret as referencing Jesus Christ. According to this text, Jesus (referred to as "Isha Masiha") travels to India during his youth, seeking spiritual wisdom and knowledge. He is described as a fair, foreign prophet who engages in discussions with King Shalivahana. Jesus tells the king that he comes from a distant land, born of a virgin, and that he is the Messiah. This story portrays Jesus as a revered figure who connects with Indian spirituality, reflecting a syncretic blending of Hindu and Christian traditions.

      YUP! Isha was a common name in the region and it doesn't necessarily translate as Jesus. The translation that it means "Jesus the Messiah" isn't what is read in all English translations. Some translations make it "Jesus the Messiah" but other translations don't. So, many say that this is clearly a changing of the text and not an accurate translation. Nobody ever talks about the etymology of the name outside of what the text says. I have a video I'm planning to do on this, and what I've read debunks the translation as accurate. This fact debunks the story right off the bat, so that might be why nobody talks about it. What Isha says in the Purana doesn't really sound like Jesus, so someone would have to say that if this is Jesus than he went back home and changed how he spoke, what he said, and how he referred to himself. That doesn't make sense, as it might beg the question that he lied and was deceptive to the Apostles. So if we believe this story than Jesus was a bit of a fraud, and we can't believe the Bible as an accurate story. If we can't believe the Bible than it debunks this Purana as legit about Jesus, while everything we know about Jesus is wrong. While supposedly Isha died with no crucifixion at the hands of the Jews, so we would have to say that the Bible is wrong and there is no saving blood of Christ. So, if we believe this Purana, then Christianity is null and void and dead, since Jesus never saved us. Its also the ONLY Hindu text that talks about Jesus. Other texts talking about Jesus in India have all been debunked as false or very questionable. Translating the Purana this way is more Neo-Hinduism, which is an 1800's religion made by Christian missionaries to wipe Hinduism off the earth by showing Jesus is the one and only. We even have written records of the time showing their goal was to mistranslate Hindu texts, cause it was easier than using the sword like the Muslims were.

    The Bhavishya Purana is accepted by basically no modern day Hindu denominations, it’s been edited throughout its entire history to include certain “prophecies” and other events.
    The main text where the idea of Jesus traveling to the west comes from is the “Aquarian gospel” that is claimed by its author to be knowledge on the life of Jesus channeled from the Akashic records, the text was adopted by the theosophical society. After this there was and is a huge uptick in claimed channeling of Jesus by different channelers.
    There is also the account in autobiography of a yogi that Jesus learned many yogic techniques under Babaji.

    • @truthreal3378
      @truthreal3378 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Who said these? That's not true. The Bhavishya Purana is one of the 18 major Puranas and is widely recognized by Hindus. Could you clarify what you mean by the Bhavishya Purana being "edited throughout its entire history"? Specifically, how do you interpret the inclusion of certain "prophecies" and events? Many believe that these prophecies have indeed come to pass, and this is viewed as evidence of their authenticity. Those are prophecies that have been fulfilled.
      It's worth noting that claims of modifications are often made by those skeptical of Hinduism (Who don't believe in Hinduism) who might be uncomfortable with the idea that its texts could make accurate predictions.
      This would show the accuracy of Hinduism, which is something they did not want to acknowledge or accept.
      These perspectives may reflect a broader reluctance to acknowledge the potential accuracy of Hindu prophecies and their implications, which could ultimately prove the religion's credibility.
      It's disheartening that, despite being Hindu yourself, you have bought into those narratives and decided to dismiss the Bhavishya Purana (one of 18 mahapuranas).

    • @truthreal3378
      @truthreal3378 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You need to understand that .... Such claims usually come from those who are either unaware of or refuse to acknowledge that Hinduism advocates for universal acceptance, respects all religions equally, and recognizes truth in every faith. They either see Hinduism as a threat or choose to view it that way (Want to see it as threat), deliberately overlooking its positive aspects.

    • @truthreal3378
      @truthreal3378 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So...Such claims usually come from those who will continue to view Hinduism as a threat, despite its embrace of all religious teachings. We Hindus have full faith in Bhavishya Purana.

      @@truthreal3378 no we really don’t. The puranas are infamous for their unreliability, that’s why sampradayas only accept some and reject others. They’re obviously still very valuable in some respects though. Mahabharata and Ramayana on the other hand are very authentic and everyone accepts those.

      @@truthreal3378 We have records of Christian missionaries in the 1800's who say the goal is to wipe Hinduism off the map and make India a Christian nation. They literally talk about the way to do this is through translations of the Hindu texts showing how they point to Christ. We then later day translations of these same texts away from that Christian agenda, and we come up with different translations. There are so many Christian ideas in the HIndu texts, even Swami Prabhupada used them, which are not accurate translations in the least.
      " The Bhavishya Purana is one of the 18 major Puranas and is widely recognized by Hindus. " Worst argument ever. What you're saying is that because something is popular than its right. Did you know Jim Jones had 3000 followers at his peak? So therefore when he said he was god, he was right, cause how can 3000 people be wrong? Hitler was supported as a great leader by how many millions? How can you thus say he wasn't? How many people say that the Quran is true, thus it must be true and according to it all Hindu scripture is wrong. According to you quantity is all that is needed to make something right. Nobody uses this argument. It falls apart 100% of the time.

    The Council Of Nicaea created Christianity with the aim of mass psychological warfare that turns people into sheeple, to "Divide & Conquer/Rule" and to make it easy to commit slavery, Genocide and Ethnocide, Indentureship (Slavery 2.0), to invade converted lands to loot and plunder, to make converted lands into vassal states, etc.
    Example: Each Greek citizen was a warrior. A warrior could kill soldiers from sunrise till sunset, so a warrior could be equated to a lion while soldiers could be equated to wolves. An army of wolves cannot defeat a smaller army comprised of lions so it was imperative for the wolves to change the lions into sheep to conquer them. For this reason Christianity was created to give to the intended victims of invasions/attacks to make them more accepting of the invasions and attackers as they both shared something in common which is Christianity.
    Christianity taught the lions the following:
    * Love your (Christian) enemies as you love yourself.
    * Slaves, obey your earthly (Christian) Masters as you obey the lord thy God.
    * Forgive your (Christian) Oppressors/Invaders.
    * Pay your tithes (taxes) to your Christian Oppressors/Invaders.
    * Give unto Caesar (Christian Oppressors/Invaders) what belongs to Caesar, which is tires/taxes/resources from invaded lands gathered with the labour of the invaded peoples.
    * Do not fight for a place in the earthly kingdom as you will get a heavenly kingdom, meaning you are born to be under the feet, whip and oppression of Christian Invaders.
    * It is not your place to deliver yourself but you should wait for a Christian Messiah/Saviour who will never come to free you.
    * If a Christian Invader slaps you on one cheek then give him the other cheek to slap.
    * If a Christian Invader takes away your coat then you should give him your tunic as well.
    * ETC.
    Krishna Neeti (The Teachings Of Krishna) and other aspects of Hinduism was spread to Rome by Roman Traders after visiting India and then amended and adulterated by the Council Of Nicaea to such a great extent to create a new religion called Christianity.
