The seven chakras are energy centers in the body, each associated with different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. They are rooted in ancient Indian spiritual traditions. The chakras begin at the base of the spine with the Root Chakra (Muladhara), associated with grounding and survival, and move upward to the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura), Heart Chakra (Anahata), Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), and finally the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) at the top of the head, representing spiritual enlightenment. The Third Eye Chakra, located between the eyebrows, is considered the center of intuition, wisdom, and insight. When balanced, it is believed to enhance inner vision and perception beyond the physical realm, often linked to spiritual awakening and deeper consciousness.
