    I’ve been struggling with finding a good buttercream recipe, usually they’re not the perfect consistency or too too sweet but this buttercream is the BEST recipe ! Easy to work with and very tasty ☺️!

    I love your recipes. So easy to follow along with and everything turns out SO good. I love your puppy chow recipe. I have made it for the last two Christmases. I wanted to make double chocolate chip muffins next week with my daycare and I literally said “I bet she has a recipe” and you do🤗My son is only 3 months old but I wanted a buttercream recipe to use for his birthday cake-so excited to try this!

    when you said clea towel all I could think is of myself accidentally tipping a burnt piece of food from the dish towel into the frosting -good advice. suspiciously sounds like we think alike though lolololol CLEAN TOWEL

    Hi Sam, i made my first buttercream batch yesterday and it was absolutely a disaster! It was too grainy i could feel the sugar, what could have caused that? Note that i had a regular granulated sugar and i turned it into powder using the blender, thank you so much 💚

    Don't use melted butter my cousin did that and it ruined the frosting :(. I just redid it with room temperature and it was great!!!

    I have a question is it firm? I’m trying to make some roses and store-bought butter cream is a way to soft it doesn’t hold shape so will this buttercream if I make it myself From using your recipe hold?

      It will start to crust a little bit but it can be stored at room temperature for a few days. If you put it on the cake just make sure to keep it in an air tight container. For best results it should be made right before using on the cake.

      If you use salted butter you will want to cut the salt in the recipe by 1/2 teaspoon. Using unsalted butter allows for better control of the amount of salt in the recipe. :)

    Hello I tried you recipe and it did not work it is not my first time trying to do a frosting and it always doesn’t work. I tried it million times in each recipe it is liquid and it has tiny sugar pieces in it . Is there a way you can help me with? Please help

      You can reduce the sugar, however, the consistency won’t be quite the same so I don’t really recommend it. 😔

      You can. It may be a little bit saltier than it would be with unsalted butter but it should still be good. :)

      You can use milk. You will want to start with less because it is thinner than cream. :)

      If you don't have heavy cream accessible you can use whole milk or double cream. You would likely need a little less milk or a little bit more double cream. :)
