Great layout in this tiny home. Wish to see the drawers sode even up with the drawers front gives more space for clothing to stack up. Shower stall not a fan of two seats giving smaller to move around in it. Seat folded up been nicer in the shower.

For that price I would get a high end Fifth wheel . Easier to move and it need nothing.👍

It’s an awesome design! I wonder…how difficult would it be to install a dual zone mini split? I heard they are very cost efficient on the ol’ AC expenses for those hot summer days.

I love this home only thing I wish it had was a small 1 or 2 cabinet counter in the kitchen in the middle just enough to let you put a couple of bar stools there yet still not block window or main door way I’m sure it could be a add on for just a little extra money there seems to be the space for it so all in all I like it it’s a deer valley so the quality is top notch as always

I don't love the heat/air in the floor.
I'd love to see that hardwood from the ceiling on the floor, too. I live with natural wood floors right now, and they're a lot of work, but they're also wonderful.
This place has a great layout.

I assume this house is being heated via a furnace, which is why you have floor vents. I don't know if I missed it but I don't know where the furnace is.

This may be a high build quality but it is not a very inspired design for a 399 sqft Park Model.

I got overly excited by the 2x6 walls-gosh I'm old...lol...Beautiful Craftsmanship! How many square foot? What are the dimensions????????? What are the R-Factors? What is the snow-load on roof? Love this!! ❤ Guess I need to call....

Really! You don’t think 119,000.00 is a lot for a tiny home? Common!!!! No one ever talks about what it will take to set it up on top of that 119k No pantry, No counter space, no Island, And yes it is a park Model TINY! home. 4 years ago that would have bought a Doublewide

Don't care for the floor plan. Only two feet of counter space in the kitchen. An island would infringe on the living area. And you better make sure your bathroom door is closed if you are showering and someone comes to the front door.

If the living room wasn’t shared with the kitchen you would have to share the living room with the bedroom to keep it at that size.
