I would buy two, and set them next to each other. I knock out the two side by side walls, and connect the two. Then I would take the sink and toilet out of the one, and make it into a bedroom. Keep the kitchen sink that's already in it, and put your stove and gas lines in. Hang son cabinets. Go buy some TV trays and no need for a big kitchen table. Build a big paver patio in the back, and put a gas grill and brick oven. Build a frame roof and screen it all in. Put some patio furniture and a small bar. Search for tiny house communities online. They will charge you a space rental cost, which might include some utilities. Some allow tiny houses on wheels, some only on a foundation. Some only allow tinies from specific vendors. The good news is that more and more of these are starting up. Good luck!

Careful when getting it shipped from China. Bruh apartments these days are so small. Better to have a full house with everything in it, and having a backyard. Tiny houses are cute, and very useful for couples or single people. Single people don’t need a full house or big apartment. Couples as well. Only families need a full house
@@truehappiness4U Bruh, I live in a trailer. You don't want a small house. Fight the bs. Unless you're a landlord, you're part of the problem then.
@@KungpaoshizziAs someone who has also lived in a trailer and was completely content I’d love a tiny home. Less cost, more cozy, and an excuse not to have nobody but 1 other person over.
This guy can do some yapping. Reminds me of the engineers I work with. Go ask one a simple question...."What should the contractor be following to install a ground rod?" You better bring your lunch with you, because you are gonna get a 2 hour professor like presentation on bonding and grounding.
Your master bathroom is 120sqf?!?!??! LOL
Not anymore! Moved to Florida and had to DOWNSIZE big time
Considering room shares cost 1k and underpaid wages slaves this is better than buying a house. Also 190 sqft is about what the going rate is for bay area for 1.2k instead on low income household
There is no housing shortage just greedy builders
If people do airbnb this better charge 500 bucks not over 1k.
They wanted to charge bed pods for 800 bucks 10 sqft basically. Horrible they treating people in the usa like sheep cattle slaves.
While paying nothing.
Just leave let the owners do work themselves they are leeches
just gotta know the county laws on what you can make a residency, I was going to build a 500sqft home that had everything then I looked up local laws I need another 200sqft to make it my residency, I don't need anything more than a clothes washer, kitchen sink, counter top stove, toaster oven, a shower, toilet, and a bed so I am really looking for a small home with land.
So I am back to the blueprints to add 200sqft which may become a 2nd bedroom.
I like the tiny houses with wheels I think they call them RV's ? Yea, spend about 10 to 30k and LOOK you can move it whenever you want.
WTF.😂🤣🤣 P/S Most made in THE USA!!
What a waste. He never showed the house and just talked the entire time.
This unit could help nix the homeless problem and give all human beings their own dwelling. ❤️
😁👍
Alright, go buy them and hand them out.
Short term homelessness can be caused by a lack of housing. Long term homelessness is caused by other issues.
Next thing you know, everyone of them has kid(s) and the problem persists with the population being 2-3x larger within 20 years
But yeah theoretically if everyone lived in something like this, then got something bigger as they had a family, and went to work everyday, we’d probably advance as a society pretty quickly…. That being said we’d have to be more like bees or ants to make progress and live like that.
In my town all new buildings have to be made of cement and steel rebar. This would never pass as a habitable building in most places.
Where in the world do you live
For permanent structures yes , this is considered a mobile unit
@@davids5006 A place with lots of flooding and hurricanes
Careful when getting it shipped from China. They will not tell you this before buying, but your probably looking at $2000+ minimum in custom duty fees (required fee!), warehouse storage fees, service fees, delivery fee to house etc. Free shipping is only to ship from China to port. This is not the same as getting a phone case off of AliExpress, it's quite a bit of work.
Plus setting up cost and fees. And then the fees to hook up electricity or water.
Prime shipping doesn't incur additional fees.
If you buy the tiny home in Amazon I’m curious do you have to pay per month since it doesn’t description of the monthly if you buy a home? 😅
China Business Is Notorious! For Being Deceptive. My Concerns Would Be: Does It RELLY Come With A Toilet, Sinks things we see in the picture. Does it Arrive Assembled, If Not are their ENGLISH Instructions. Does It Really Come With ANY Of The Recessed Lights Shown? Or ANY interior Finishing For That Matter. A Couple concerns I could Deal With, But No Toliet, no Lights, No. WIring, No Instructions? THAT would be a tough sell/project.
Most places won’t meet local construction codes to just plop this up on a lot!
So you shared one house on this thing and all you did was talk about nothing talk about false advertising dude
it's plastic.imagine the humidity. Wonder how strong a wind would take it away flying. Definitely need more info. You need land to put it on, plumber to hook it up to water, sewer, septic, etc,. Can get really expensive
YOUR SHIRT? "Cash Is Trash".... I Would Be More Than Happy To Pick Up ALL YORU TRASH Just Let Me Know When!!!
Thank Jesus for the fast fwd button !!
Time to buy the tiny home budddddyyyyyy
you think after plmbing electricity installed in the backyard youd be able to rent it out? is there a law regulating that

Aliexpress prices aren’t real.
You place an order and they’ll ask for more money, guaranteed.
Did you buy one ?
Any insulation? Lol Waste of time.
You lost me at no room for a washer and dryer. I could go old school on the dishes - does it have a sink? How bout a toilet and a shower?
Any one has that $7900 house link?
Did he ever follow through? Can’t find a video of him buying the house.
Geez louise this guy likes hearing his own voice.
Did he ever buy the tiny home? He has almost 300k
Don't trust it. If you did get it, you will have to put it together.
You can buy these at Home Depot for $4,000.00 and finish out the interior anyway you like for less money...
Link?
@@eli90s13 Yeah, Called Home Depot in any search engine you use...

Anyone know what company does the installation, to set up on property?
And you forgot to mention, how much to install the tiny home once they ship it. That's not included in the cost shown.
Does the water and electricity work for these things ? I would actually buy land and put one of these on there if it’s possible
So what tiny home did you buy 😁
Waste of time
I’m not sure I was able to learn anything from the info. you gave but I thank you for the link and for trying.
Let’s mention that this house don’t have a kitchen or bathroom set up, neither electric system, is not insulated….
At that price, you can buy a Separate tiny house for your collectibles.
Air bnb is further raising the cost of housing, which is basically manditory for living in todays world. Housing should not be a for profit venture.
I like it and seriously thinking about doing it now the kids are grown.
