It makes sense that BTC and crypto are of helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. And benefits they were unaware of before turn out to be more beneficial

First, gentlemen, it's impressive such young men as yourselves are so skilled . Speaks well to your knowledge and abilities. First-rate build.but...I did have a couple questions....while you saved money on your windows...they're static, you can't open them , no ventilation to bring in fresh air on a cool day. Is this something you might consider for your windows? Second...I see no A/C unit anywhere, on the back or on top like a camper...do you planning on connecting AC to your project?
One HUGE issue….the problem with high house prices is virtually NEVER the house part. There are many decent, low cost housing options like Conestoga huts, cement slab with cinder block walls, pre-fab sheds, yurts, tiny homes, etc. The problem is the always the LAND….where can you put this tiny home? And right now….not great answers to that. Its generally either that they can only go in the middle of no where on your own land or rental land, or in a couple tiny home villages, or in hugely expensive and extremely rare rental plots, if in a city.
Cool project! However, I do see some things that could cause issues. One thing is the main structure. The overhang of the trailer was made out of 2x4 and that's bearing the weight of the walls and roof along with everything else that gets fastened inside. The walls had a lot of flex which with high wind or highway, could be a problem and even shatter your windows unless they have been cross-braced. I also would suggest making double pane windows which are much more efficient for temperature. Overall just concerned that the entire structure isn't rigid enough from the ground up.
The thing that I find Concerning is that there are no egress windows in the loft space and the ground floor so if there is ever a fire and the door is blocked by flames your trapped inside or having to find something solid enough to break the windows with (which could very based on thickness and if the glass is shatter resistant).
The reason I like videos like this is because this shows that building a tiny home does not have to cost a crazy amount of money. I've seen these things sell for $50k and up and I'm always wondering "why does this cost so much?" It's clearly markup from the Builder and labor cost. That's fine if you can't build one yourself, but a DIYer can really have a nice home for a reasonable price. I would have splurged for some windows that open, maybe used on Facebook Marketplace or something, but other than that, I'm excited by this start.
Am I the only one that noticed he didn’t put nothing on the bottom of the trailer to protect the foam from getting wet

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS BUILD ! A PERFECT HOUSE
