    网路上,杏仁饼的配方千千万万种。由于MCO的关系,大家不需要跑来跑去找特别的材料,在普通杂货店肯定买得到普通面粉。所以,小豪跟大家分享普通面粉版的配方,你们就不用跑太远了,这时候注意健康比较重要。
    配方中没有水和鸡蛋,完全靠油把面粉捏成团。不同牌子的面粉吸水和吸油性都不同,大家根据视频中面团的状态,自行调整用油量。如果你用的面粉牌子跟我一样,那就省事多了。
    至于苏打粉和泡打粉的部分,有些朋友可能顾虑这些都是添加剂。其实,配方中的苏打粉和泡打粉的份量是极少的,但又是不可少的。少了苏打粉和泡打粉,杏仁饼会很硬,不酥松。所以,建议大家还是要用。
    其实这个配方还可以做成花生饼。只要把杏仁粉换成花生粉,再把玉米油换成花生油就可以了。没有一定要用玉米油,任何煮菜用油都可以。如果你用牛油也不是不可以,只是做出来的成品可能不太像杏仁饼的味道,变成牛油饼了。

    普通面粉 300g
    泡打粉 1/2tsp *大概3g
    苏打粉 1/2tsp *大概3g
    盐 1/4tsp *大概2g
    细砂糖/糖粉 100g
    杏仁粉 200g
    玉米油 180g
    蛋黄 1个
    水 半汤匙
    做法:
    1. 过筛普通面粉,泡打粉和苏打粉。
    2. 加入盐,细砂糖/糖粉和杏仁粉,搅拌均匀。
    3. 加入油,拌成不油不干的面团。
    4. 面团分成10g一个,搓圆做造型。
    5. 烤箱170°烤20-25分钟。

    1/2 tablespoon of water
    practice:

    2. Add salt, caster sugar/ powdered sugar and almond powder and mix well.
    3. Add oil and mix into a non-oil and non-dry dough.
    4. Divide the dough into 10g pieces and knead the dough to make a shape.
