Peanut Cookies 花生饼，新手也容易做的简易花生饼

- 花生饼在东南亚一带是传统的年饼,做出来的花生饼入口即化，
安娣刘教你不需要自己炒花生制作，买现成的花生酱，
就可以制作这款简单又香又脆的花生饼，太方便了。
材料: Ingredients:
500克 低筋面粉 - 500g low gluten flour
120克 细白砂糖/糖粉 - 120g Caster sugar/Icing sugar
300克 花生酱 - 300g peanut butter
235克 黄油 - 235g butter
1粒 蛋黄 - 1 egg yolk
½ 茶匙 发酵粉／泡打粉 - ½ tsp baking powder
烤箱预热至摄氏180度 - Preheat oven to 180°c
160° ~180°c 烤18-20分钟 - 160° ~180°c baked 18-20minute

I wanted to tell u n yr fans if we happen to be short of low protein flour,we can make ourselves.
150g of plain flour we take out 2tbsps n replace 2tbsps of cornflour into it. And if we mid 300g we take out 4tbsps n replaced back 4tbsps of cornflour...like yr recipe here we can mixed in 6 tbsps of cornflour after taking out 6 tbsps of plain flour ...I hope it can help those who really wanna use LPF but out of stock at home . Thanks a lot😍😍😍
thank you to solve my problem , low protein flour not easy to buy (unless can use cake flour to replace, but untie say better use low gluten flour)
@@Tyyivy cake flour is d same as LPFlour, i have tried using cake flour instead of LPFlour.
