Am sorry, I bought ready made salted egg yolk chicken floss, so I don't need to add salted egg yolks, do I add same 85g floss or more. My apology didn't explain properly😂.@@iwen777
@@rubyyu321 I also add to the eggs I'm cooking. Or use it in another cake recipe that needs egg whites only. Just need some planning and nothing is wasted 😉

超市现成的咸蛋黄都是人工做的,不是真正的咸蛋黄,没有蛋黄味道的。我已经买过包粽子和月饼🥮,口感也不对,建议不要用那种。

每个烤箱火力不同哦。要自行拿捏,如果烤箱有风扇又无法关就是convection oven就需要降低10-15C来烤,不然很快黑哦
