Nier automata, Nier replicant, and lollipop chainsaw all have achievements for looking up characters’ skirts. In Nier replicant Kaine will kill you when you get the achievement. In automata it’s called what are you doing? In lollipop chainsaw it’s called “I swear! I did it by mistake!”

In defense of Don’t Shoot the Water, we’ve all done it to test whether Del Lago will attack. And this is why I play on Switch where if a game gives achievements, it’s after doing something in game during gameplay, like beating the bosses in the DS Castlevania games in the Castlevania Dominus Collection.
