  • From an overweight unhealthy person to a fitness influencer, this journey has shown me so many new things about life. Fitness is not limited to losing weight or fitting into a dress, its more about making your body and mind fit so that you can deal with the uncertainties. It’s about keeping yourself, your family and people around you aware of healthy living.
    Well, my fitness story was not limited till here, it helped me to take a beautiful turn in life and gave me courage to inspire millions of other people. From a IT professional/ corporate job to becoming a TH-camr and starting my own business, I have shared everything single thing in this video.

    I actually enrolled in one of your programs. Though due to my routine I wasn’t able to follow it religiously but I did lose around 3 KGS and never gained those kilos back.     Hello Gunjan Mam, what a inspirational story👍, I was in search of weight loss videos in youtube, suddenly or unexpectedly I got one of your video, I liked it, then I went through your profile, I liked some more videos, then I subscribed you, at that time I started my journey, really in fact I am saying you are my inspiration for my weight loss, at the beginning I was 115kg, after following your diet plan and workout now I reduced around 17kg, I will continue to reduce 12 kg more, thank you thank you so much Mam.

    I was at my heaviest weight at 97 kg and lost 34 kgs. now my current weight is 63 kg and still, I want to reduce 3 kg and also want to gain lean muscle mass. your all videos are very inspiring. I did gym and diet with my full dedication and I am my own motivation. A healthy diet and workout now are important parts of my life. watching such transformation videos give me more motivation and energy to do more better.     Your words reinforced me to write books in French for beginners comprehensively. I have already completed 2 chapters of my book. After learning and acing French, I realised that it can be learned in a more easy way just like a child does and I have made my blueprint in 2018. But due to studies, I wasn't able to work on that. Now, I have finalized my blueprint and I simply opened MS PUBLISHER on my PC and started writing from scratch and when work flow hit me, I completed 40 pages and still working on it. I am crazy about writing and I am writing French books for beginners from a child's perspective.

    My goal:
    I was 80kg when I was 13, and today I am 15 and 70kg (cause I will fast and eat less than I should) but since june I am trying my best to follow calories deficit and workout.
    After 4 months I finally lost 5kg( I am sure I was somewhere going wrong) but now my goal is to lose weight till 48kg

    I am 15 right now and I have some genetic problem related to pancreas. And I am overweighted. I should be 55 and I am 64 right now .

    You inspired me through your first video where you talked about pcos and weight struggles! I am surprised that is not mentioned here (maybe i missed something) ...that video didn’t remind me that being overweight is a problem and i won’t get confidence untill i loose weight whereas that might have been your emotion at the time.. generalising those didn’t feel right!     Hey Gunjan... I am Deeksha Sharma.. Mom of 2 years old baby girl.. Left my job during pregnancy and this year I lost 18 kg weight and started my TH-cam channel but I was not getting enough time for this with baby... But this video of your's inspire me a lot that yes I can do it just needs some time management and planning and definitely I will achieve my goals... Thank you😊

      You don’t need too much money to get fit! Make simple changes like drink more water, mostly hone cooked foods, and excercises from yt videos or just go out and walk or run.
