I’m tall and working as a mechanic sometimes I forgot having the posture right in situations when I sit or standing so I hope this is helpful exercises posture is the most important thing you can look even bigger and taller, more attractive but I’m just hoping this really works man
This is great. I've been having problems with my shoulder and today it's been really aching. I got to #12 and the when I did the first dip my bad shoulder did a loud crack and now it feels great!! Thanks😂 loved it and the diagram showing the muscle versus just watching someone is helpful. Maybe adding a quick shot of a person in the corner maybe an added benefit too. But thanks this was great, just what I difnt know I needed 👍👍😻

Можно все эти упражнения заменить одним роликом , поднимаясь(катаясь) в верх за счет своего веса вперед и назад , лежа на животе, и это реально помогает выпрямится)

I combined your exercises with a few more exercises from other videos and exercises for the lower back because my pelvis was crooked and pushed the lower part of the stomach forward. it is very little noticeable. Of course, in addition to the exercises for kyphosis that I did almost every day, I also activated the gym, where I rushed to gain weight, and I strained my back and shoulders the most because of the kyphosis. So everything can be fixed, it just takes willpower and hard work. Otherwise, I I had very pronounced kyphosis, which I was convinced could only be solved by surgery, but thank God I succeeded naturally
Good point. I’m 53 and only recently learned that the foundation of good head and neck posture when strength training is engage the shoulder blades so they lay flat and as close to the ribs as possible. A trainer who studied structural engineering taught me this while strength training. And so it seems like these toning exercises are really important to help keep them engaged even when we’re not thinking of it during the day and especially while at the computer for long periods. I’m always checking head posture starting with asking are my shoulder blades locked down? Then, are neck and head aligned?

Mas eu só fui perceber isso quando eu criei disciplina e passei a fazer os exercícios recomendados em casa todo dia, quando fazia só quando lembrava o resultado foii quase inexistente.
I did this for a month straight and have had a complete 180 with my posture. Best and most straight forward video I've found.

30 sec per exercise. as much circles/sets of any exercises as you wish. just observe the technique
how many can you do
I do 3 x 15 each now. But startet with 1 x 30 sec each. Start slow and concentrated. This Workout is super helpful to me
