I was 5'10" and my mother constantly poked me in the back with her finger. One thing that helped me with shoulder and neck pain was, of course, the reps (keep it simple) and when I slept I made sure I was not curling up and that I had my head, neck, and body straight.

Great excersises 😀 after 7 weeks of doing that each day my dowager's hump is totally gone, 30+ years of neglection fixed in 7 weeks :) Thank You 😀
