Banana Pancakes Recipe | NO설탕, NO버터, NO밀가루! 저칼로리 바나나 팬케이크 만들기 | No Butter No Flour No Sugar

  • I made easy, simple banana pancakes that can be made without sugar, butter, and flour. When you use a ripe banana, the banana itself is very sweet and you don't have to put sugar in it. I hope you enjoy my video. :)
    * Ingredients
    - 2 ripe bananas
    - 2 eggs
    - 1 tbsp almond flour
    - 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder (omitable)
    * How to make :
    - Cut 2 ripe bananas into small pieces
    - Mash bananas with potato masher or fork
    - Add 2 eggs, 1 tbsp almond flour, and 1/3 cup cinnamon powder and mix
    - Grease a heated frying pan with oil and add batter and bake until golden over low heat
    - Finally, pour maple syrup to complete delicious banana pancakes!

    설탕, 버터, 밀가루 없이 만들 수 있는, 쉽고 간단한 바나나 팬케이크를 만들어보았어요. 잘 익은 바나나를 사용하면, 바나나 자체의 단맛이 강해서 설탕을 넣지 않아도 된답니다. :)
    * 재료 (지름 8cm 팬케이크 10장 분량) :
    - 잘 익은 바나나 2개
    - 계란 2개
    - 아몬드가루 1큰술
    - 시나몬가루 1/3 작은술 (생략가능)
    * 만드는 방법 :
    - 잘 익은 바나나 2개를 작게 잘라줍니다
    - 포테이토 매셔나 포크로 바나나를 으깨줍니다
    - 계란 2개, 아몬드가루 1큰술, 시나몬가루 1/3작은술을 넣고 섞어줍니다
    - 달궈진 프라이팬에 기름을 얇게 바르고, 반죽을 부어 노릇하게 약불로 구워줍니다
    - 마지막으로 메이플 시럽을 뿌려주면 맛있는 바나나 팬케이크 완성!

    만드는게 약간 호떡 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ
    설탕, 버터, 밀가루가 안들어가서 건강식이겠네요!!! ㅎㅎ

    빵을 좋아하긴 약간의 속 부대낌이 있을때가 있는데
    이건 밀가루가 없어서 정말 좋네요 :) 찐한 바나나 먹는 기분일 것 같아요!

      네 맞아요~ 아몬드가루 대신 현미가루나 아마씨가루 같은 다른 곡물가루로 대체하셔도 되세요~^^

    레시피 대로 그대로 따라했는데 팬에서 구울때 뒤집을때 저는 왜 찢어질까요? 아몬드가루를 더 넣어야 할까요?
