You make some good points on fat reduction information. Implementing some of those techniques may have indeed contributed to the changes in your face. My gut reaction is that you "grew into" your facial structure due to natural hormonal changes that teenaged males experience prompting the reduction in subcutaneous (under the skin) fat, plus increased growth in facial bone and muscle. These changes increase definition in areas like cheekbone and jawline.
Great video, yes hydration, cold showers, moisturizer routine, and sunlight (to a point) can all have postive effects on the skin. While gum chewing can help with the jaw, keep in mind too much chewing can have the opposite effect as you are overworking the muscle you can cause too much strain in that area. I don't know specifically how much, I would refer to a dentist. As they are the ones who warned of this issue. Thank you for pointing out, what many other trusted health officials have said, "You can't decide where you lose body fat comes off." Also, yes, mewing is just a health fad. Similar, to too much gum chewing, I think it just does more damage and harm than any actual good if any. I would say, regarding the calculator, to approach carefully, I'm average height, and my ideal weight is 164. I succeded in achieving that weight once, a decade ago in my twenties. I had no fat, looked anorexic, and my ribs felt like they ground against each other when I bent over to pick things up. My, point, yes I need to lose some weight at this time today, but not as much as the BMI table thinks. Everyone's body is different and has different fitness goals, as you alluded to. So by all means, use the tools as a starting point. But, remember to adjust accordingly. It's not 100 percent accurate, it's a generalization based on a generic majority.
I'm the one who desperately want's the reverse effect. I have naturally big cheekbones... so when I have intense period of exercises and want to reduce my weight it always reflects on the bad and unhealthy appearance of my face :/ Btw. you look good bro.
In bodybuilding I'm a hard gainer and I struggle to put weight on. Therefore I I have had to learn how to gain weight with natural sugars. I have never had the issue of a fat face. I'm just the opposite again something natural. But as I have gained weight my face has got fatter. Something that I don't wish to reverse.
Their aren’t really any specific exercises that target face fat. However for diet you can just eat less sugar and salt, more whole foods and less processed food. Also cut out alcohol.
I’m 130 pounds at 5’8 so I think I’m underweight but I’m want to lose a little body fat in my face so I’ve been fasting. Eating once a day and going to the gym.
@@kierannmoran I’ve been fasting for 3 months. I fast Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm I can eat. After 9pm I don’t eat anything other than drinking water or juice.
Thanks for the good info. And, thanks also for the clearer, louder volume setting this time. Yay!
Calorie Deficit definitely Works I went from 23st to 13st in 18 Months
One good thing is that you don't have to look at yourself as much as others do
