As an actual creatures of sonaria player, i agree with the 2/10 rating you gave the game (BIIIG ASSS RANTTT INCOMINGGGGG!!) I literally had to become something overpowered to do that **damn** arena mission, and I kinda felt bad for doing so because I rarely play as anything big (I mainly play as smaller creatures) Imma also mention that before a fix was made to the arena to resolve this problem, there were people using aquatic creatures to GRAB and DRAG players underwater, only then to ACTUALLY KILL their creature slot under the arena (it was so annoying that the aquatics that were being used to do that had their grab abilities removed "temporarily" until theres a "fix" for the ability) And it does not help that 80% of the playerbase in game are toxic tryhards (yes CoS community, I said it) who KoS (kill on sight) as overpowered enormous (teir 5) creatures. It really sucks that the game became worse after the recode in 2023. I'm literally waiting for a similar game to release so I could jump to it when I eventually quit CoS. It feels like the game isn't new player friendly or even casual player friendly anymore, and it became more about the pvp and collecting aspect of the game, not the survival aspect. The playerbase needs to really rethink their behaviors with others before the game goes extinct due to how toxic it has become. I don't want the game to die, however I feel like its slowly sinking away into the drain of forever tarnished games on roblox and it doesn't help that it's the most popular creature survival game on the platform because it also is becoming a bit too, welp, cashgrabby and grindy. And about the horse life race minigame, it was there before the event released ;) (Yes, I also happen to play horse life! what a surprise that this was it's first event ever released and it was a bit confusing) Overall, in my opinion, The Games sucked ass :) (except for the 1×1×1×1 boss, that was pretty cool) I never want another dev hunt to happen. I played for the event and played it a bit casually afterwards since I had a friend who was really big on CoS. I did hear some small flier with a lot of ailments could get the arena mission done but I really just skipped it over since I wasn’t big on PVP (nor had the particular fliers that were good for it, nor the experience to PVP in the sky) There are also times people seem bloodthirsty but I’ve seen uneventful (in terms of PVP) servers and also heard that people were nesting in the arena and complaining about people doing PVP… despite the fact it is kind of an arena, and was kind of a quest? In any case Some people definitely suck because they have no shame killing *right* as you spawn (past protection and all, I spawned as Oxidaizen and bro kinda slow so no shot) and when you don’t really know how all the controls work to help yourself survive it can also be rougher It also sucks though cos I do love the designs for most of the creatures and it’s the reason I came back around to it even not for the event. But being killed out of nowhere or attempted to be killed does certainly dampen it
Slap Battles Dev back once again haha! Glad to hear that we were able to improve this time around after The Hunt. Any criticism we get for our events just helps us improve whenever we’re invited back for another one, so I’m glad to hear you had fun with this one more than what we did previously. As I stated last time, our first event wasn’t exactly the best so this was definitely a vast improvement, but as always, things can always be improved, so we will be making sure that our next event is even better than this one! Hey Gravity you and the rest of the dev team did a good job on this event quest. It was a lot more refreshing compared to the hunt. I'm also hoping to see some more difficult challenges in slap battles like the ice obby and NIW
Ok I want to tell you something about the mini game you made for the event: it was horrible (in my opinion. Others in my server agreed.) it’s almost impossible to hit a goal if there are 6 people, and a lot of the time people steal goals. There also are unfair 3v1s and 2v1s, which is annoying as hell. Took me an HOUR to complete. No walls kinda sucked.
Be NPC or Die Dev here! We appreciate the criticism, you can definitely get tunnel vision while working on an event like this haha, so slight oversight on the difficulty in quests. I'm not sure what a dingus is, but I can say that the map design was done out by me, so apologies if it seems like I'm stepping on people toes when making maps, sometimes themes can often overlap. If we are luckily invited to a future event we will try our hardest to make more quests like the final one! As that one was the most fun we had developing, but a lot of it came down to crunch. Thank you for your honest review! We will seek to do better.

I believe the reason why 95% of the games were boring might be from feedback about reducing the difficulty of the quests because of The Classics objectives. (Clearly that didn’t work)
Those 95% of the games weren't even at the event back then, so they have no idea how to adjust the difficulty. Ofc we don't want a quest that is too hard (looking at you survive the killer) but also don't make it too ez (fashion famous 😭)

Like I can expect some grinding quests from a simulator game, those are fine.. But I don't need them quests in any other games, no linear progressing quests, and especially no quests that require you to win/kill x times, bc that just encourage u to use ur alt or friends
Hey as someone who played the event I want to show really what was a huge problem with it Crismon Cats had 6.5 million players almost and the ninjas only have around 4.5 million showing how unfair it was to win if you chose anything besides crimson cats with giant feet only having 1.8 million total and being the lowest team.
the team size of the crimson cats and the mighty ninja's dont really make a difference since most of the time mighty ninja's score was almost the exact same
It was because most cats were casuals just supporting big creatr Kreek and more ninjas actually played more of the event. Either way, in the event that they might’ve actually *tried*, it would not be as close, and that’s a guarantee. It was well fought but generally it is undeniably unfair
Horrific Housing is a great game, but doesn’t really work with events (as do most plate games) it’s entire thing is that it’s a random chance of a thing happening, which you have no control over, causing people to either get the quests done immediately or in several hours. Another thing is that the rounds could range from a bit over a minute, to 10 minutes

I hate Obby but You’re On A Bike but I will say. The (free to spin sometimes) wheel can just give you a flying bike and it makes the entirety of the game trivial. I’m so glad to have gotten it during The Hunt so I could just not bother dealing with it in its entirety for both that event and this event
I honestly hope Arsenal keeps the thing they made for the event because I had a really fun time playing it and it was fun to turn a shotgun into a fully automatic sniper rifle.
Absolutely. Worst of both systems, 50 games with 8 badges each. Honestly I’m afraid to say this but I think it might even be worse than the Ready Player One event from 2018…
I really recommend playing in plain sight 2. Be npc or die is essentially a rip off or heavily inspired. The game is made very well and there is no robux passes that give you advantages
As someone who likes playing Horse Life, I can completely understand why you chose to give it a 3/10, especially when it comes to the shards alone. Not only would they be completely gone if someone already grabbed a shard and you'd have to server hop, but one of them was actually bugged and wouldn't spawn at all and left a lot of players(myself included) to get stuck with only 4 shards. This was fixed rather quickly since everyone was talking about it in the discord server on day 1, so anyone that got stuck would get that shard automatically. Collecting the shards was also easier if you or a friend had a private server, but not many people did because they're quite expensive at 300/month. There's two other small things I'd like to note. First, the race feature wasn't made for the event, it was released weeks prior, but I'd understand if you confused it for being brand new since a lot of games added new features or gamemodes specifically for the event. Second, I understand your confusion with using food, but how using it works isn't entirely that hard. The two main functions for the food is used for taming and breeding. To tame a horse with food, you just need to crouch(press C on computer), and slowly approach the horse while holding the food you want to use. As you tame the horse, it'll be a time based "minigame", the difficulty varies on the horse's species and the type of food you're using. For breeding, food is used to skip a certain amount of time on gestation timers. Female horses will usually have a longer timer because they're carrying the child and the timer can be longer depending on species, but it's usually 3-4 hours for a normal horse. For what kind of food to use, all you need to know is rarer food = the minigame being easier and the more time it will skip on the gestation timers. I really hope my explanation about how food functions has helped you, in case if you ever play the game again in any future events or just to try it out more in your spare time. If you do check it out more, you might be pleasantly surprised that the game barely has any pay-2-win features and is mostly free-to-play.

I did the whole games event within the first 2 days (I got #3 on the Ninja team) and I only slept once, that being during the Race Clicker challenge. I fell down to #14 on the Ninja team due to the timed quests. Also Motorush used to make you complete the quest in 90 seconds instead of 110.
I didn't see a problem with the event, hate me if you want to. Also Roblox receiving this hate is what ended the events, along side COVID. At this point just be happy we have events, yes there are bad games, but there are good games too. Just please be happy we have events in general.

Untitled boxing game was a genuine nightmare, a grindfest that was relentlessly punishing for no other reason that to pad it out. There was no fun in it, it was just painful and tiring. Worst game in the games by FAR
Tried playing it, but the boss was so poorly made that it didn’t even work. It was just pure luck like “will i get the impossible boss!?!?”. Terrible game wouldn’t even rate it.
The AI being as cheap as it was is why I didn't give it a perfect score because I understood how hard that AI is for beginners. Because I played the game before and I taught star what I know, we had more relaxed opinions but yes the AI reading your inputs was just not fun.

It amazes me how Roblox managed to do 2 popularity contest events IN A ROW. Innovation awards 2024, and now this. At least we got a good bossfight and the final item was good, even though the crimson cats were destined to win from the start. Ngl, every server I joined was 80% crimson cats. It’s was ok in my opinion. The games that participated were either really easy or super hard or you had to grind for 9 years. And it was super likely that crimson cats would win so that was unfair. The fact you had to be an mvp to get the last item is ridiculous. BUT, it was fun 100% some of the games and finding glitches they won’t patch. The easy games took me not even 5 minutes to 100% so that was great. Like, the teams thing is cool, but kreek was the thing that ruined it tbh. I also liked the hub, it was pretty cool (only because the islands).
I did super Golf before they Nerfed the Quests and Shines making them spawn in PRIVATE SERVERS! I had to do it in public, why didnt they do that from the start! edit : I met typicaltype in gym league so ig that was cool
Fun fact Starism, Super Golf DID do this for RB battles. You had to fling yourself god knows where into god knows what to access a secret location with the bits And you had to do it 3 TIMES ON 3 DIFFERENT MAPS Thankfully you could get this in a private server...
About the pacer test game, it probably got in because it was made by a Roblox TH-camr named Waffles. I only know who he is because he was one of the only people constantly streaming t-shirt giveaways during the event. That said, it's still a shitty game but at least its inclusion makes sense now.
Unfair fact: Dress To Impress actually said they’d add something in their game if crimson cats won. Which means they rigged an event twice in a row.. the worst roblox event (INNOVATION 2024), and The games. I hope DTI gets permanently banned from all events and gets replaced by something like Block tales.

Block tales is one of the best games I have ever played on Roblox and the best thing is that they are ONLY in the demo 2, you should try it before it releases completely

I did not fully complete this event, I believe I only did 9 or 10 games (mostly due to how disappointed and burnt out I was with the classic) and still managed to be an MVP in crimson cats for the whole event, if that does not say how many people did not do/fully complete the event I don't know what does. The only things I enjoyed in the event was the boss battle and final rewards (the glitch hacker laurel and krystal diadem). As most others said I believe they did the team setup poorly, if they want teams, it should be two teams without youtubers as leaders. Most people only joined Crimson cats because it was winning or because of Kreek/Night_foxx, which really sucked for the other teams as we had such a huge player count difference due to it.
If starsim hosted an event it would hands down be the best event we could ever see great games no p2w good lobby including yts with similar sub counts less finding and a insane boss

It was fun watching this with over 500 people when this came out. This event definitely did not belong to Roblox at ALL. they have to make a comeback for the next possible event. I'll see you in season 3b Starism.

My thought on this event are very very mixed, leaning negative. It feels like most of the things we thought roblox learned from the classic such as lowered amount of games and actual variety of types compared to 5 or 6 simulators was forgotten and they went back to The Hunt, but added the multiple objects collected from The Classic. I will also agree that most of the prizes were not very good (Find it funny how one of the best items was the cape you get from choosing a team). But overall I’d rank it a 4.5/10, the .5 being added because they actually gave us a good boss battle that actually gives something unlike The Classic’s “boss battle” (Shoutouts to the glitch crown thing hat, I think it is cool)
arsenal actually had a secret reward in its quest, here were the steps to get it: 1. equip the scarecrow skin 2. destroy the material man's head in the enemy index 3. shoot the rex plush 5 times 4. tip the tiger 1k before the final shop 5. beat the minigame that replaces the final shop 6. win you should hear a laugh in steps 2 - 4 if you do it right
This is the only one I didn’t complete. The hunt had some cool futuristic items, the classic had cool items that were based on older items (bring back da buckets!11!1!1!), but this one grindy quests for…… AIRPODSSSSSSSS
I spent over an hour & a half server hopping in Super Golf just trying to find a Canyon match before the shine thanks to the server list being broken... Only to then eventually see the dev made a post one hour prior saying that not only did they change the amounts needed for the silvers but you could now get the silvers & shines in Private Servers. Felt like I had wasted my time lol
34:56 when it came to FF, i expirenced a bug while playing it, where Kapi's Nyaw, and Ron's Song just refused to register. You wanna know how i managed to get though it? Playing the Ron song, ON EASY, WHERE IT WASN'T EVEN CHARTED PROPERLY. Not as in the notes were badly placed, no i mean the chart was something completely different. as it stopped showing notes MID SONG.
In a server with 10 people, 3 minutes per match, and a 1/6 chance of getting the summer map, you would spend 3 hours in blade ball until you would get the silver

Hey as someone who played the event I want to show really what was a huge problem with it Crismon Cats had 6.5 million players almost and the ninjas only have around 4.5 million showing how unfair it was to win if you chose anything besides crimson cats with giant feet only having 1.8 million total and being the lowest team.
Next event there's planning on only adding 2 teams so it's a bit more fair

Horrific Housing is a great game, but doesn’t really work with events (as do most plate games) it’s entire thing is that it’s a random chance of a thing happening, which you have no control over, causing people to either get the quests done immediately or in several hours. Another thing is that the rounds could range from a bit over a minute, to 10 minutes

I really recommend playing in plain sight 2. Be npc or die is essentially a rip off or heavily inspired.
The game is made very well and there is no robux passes that give you advantages
man I love ips2, but be npc or die seems much more similar to dingus (another cool “blend in with the npcs” style game)

As someone who likes playing Horse Life, I can completely understand why you chose to give it a 3/10, especially when it comes to the shards alone. Not only would they be completely gone if someone already grabbed a shard and you'd have to server hop, but one of them was actually bugged and wouldn't spawn at all and left a lot of players(myself included) to get stuck with only 4 shards. This was fixed rather quickly since everyone was talking about it in the discord server on day 1, so anyone that got stuck would get that shard automatically. Collecting the shards was also easier if you or a friend had a private server, but not many people did because they're quite expensive at 300/month.
There's two other small things I'd like to note. First, the race feature wasn't made for the event, it was released weeks prior, but I'd understand if you confused it for being brand new since a lot of games added new features or gamemodes specifically for the event. Second, I understand your confusion with using food, but how using it works isn't entirely that hard. The two main functions for the food is used for taming and breeding. To tame a horse with food, you just need to crouch(press C on computer), and slowly approach the horse while holding the food you want to use. As you tame the horse, it'll be a time based "minigame", the difficulty varies on the horse's species and the type of food you're using. For breeding, food is used to skip a certain amount of time on gestation timers. Female horses will usually have a longer timer because they're carrying the child and the timer can be longer depending on species, but it's usually 3-4 hours for a normal horse. For what kind of food to use, all you need to know is rarer food = the minigame being easier and the more time it will skip on the gestation timers.
I really hope my explanation about how food functions has helped you, in case if you ever play the game again in any future events or just to try it out more in your spare time. If you do check it out more, you might be pleasantly surprised that the game barely has any pay-2-win features and is mostly free-to-play.

I did the whole games event within the first 2 days (I got #3 on the Ninja team) and I only slept once, that being during the Race Clicker challenge. I fell down to #14 on the Ninja team due to the timed quests. Also Motorush used to make you complete the quest in 90 seconds instead of 110.
I didn't see a problem with the event, hate me if you want to. Also Roblox receiving this hate is what ended the events, along side COVID. At this point just be happy we have events, yes there are bad games, but there are good games too. Just please be happy we have events in general.

Untitled boxing game was a genuine nightmare, a grindfest that was relentlessly punishing for no other reason that to pad it out. There was no fun in it, it was just painful and tiring. Worst game in the games by FAR
Tried playing it, but the boss was so poorly made that it didn’t even work. It was just pure luck like “will i get the impossible boss!?!?”. Terrible game wouldn’t even rate it.
The AI being as cheap as it was is why I didn't give it a perfect score because I understood how hard that AI is for beginners.
Because I played the game before and I taught star what I know, we had more relaxed opinions but yes the AI reading your inputs was just not fun.

It’s was ok in my opinion. The games that participated were either really easy or super hard or you had to grind for 9 years. And it was super likely that crimson cats would win so that was unfair. The fact you had to be an mvp to get the last item is ridiculous. BUT, it was fun 100% some of the games and finding glitches they won’t patch. The easy games took me not even 5 minutes to 100% so that was great. Like, the teams thing is cool, but kreek was the thing that ruined it tbh. I also liked the hub, it was pretty cool (only because the islands).

About the pacer test game, it probably got in because it was made by a Roblox TH-camr named Waffles. I only know who he is because he was one of the only people constantly streaming t-shirt giveaways during the event. That said, it's still a shitty game but at least its inclusion makes sense now.

About arm wrestle simulator, if you don't have the correct bundle on, you can only push the hay bales in the corners, which made me take 30 minutes on that section alone.
The Games event in general was A LOT of fun, and it was EVEN MORE fun watching everything go down in this video.

I did not fully complete this event, I believe I only did 9 or 10 games (mostly due to how disappointed and burnt out I was with the classic) and still managed to be an MVP in crimson cats for the whole event, if that does not say how many people did not do/fully complete the event I don't know what does. The only things I enjoyed in the event was the boss battle and final rewards (the glitch hacker laurel and krystal diadem).
As most others said I believe they did the team setup poorly, if they want teams, it should be two teams without youtubers as leaders. Most people only joined Crimson cats because it was winning or because of Kreek/Night_foxx, which really sucked for the other teams as we had such a huge player count difference due to it.
If starsim hosted an event it would hands down be the best event we could ever see great games no p2w good lobby including yts with similar sub counts less finding and a insane boss

My thought on this event are very very mixed, leaning negative. It feels like most of the things we thought roblox learned from the classic such as lowered amount of games and actual variety of types compared to 5 or 6 simulators was forgotten and they went back to The Hunt, but added the multiple objects collected from The Classic.
I will also agree that most of the prizes were not very good (Find it funny how one of the best items was the cape you get from choosing a team). But overall I’d rank it a 4.5/10, the .5 being added because they actually gave us a good boss battle that actually gives something unlike The Classic’s “boss battle” (Shoutouts to the glitch crown thing hat, I think it is cool)

1. equip the scarecrow skin
2. destroy the material man's head in the enemy index
3. shoot the rex plush 5 times
4. tip the tiger 1k before the final shop
5. beat the minigame that replaces the final shop
6. win
you should hear a laugh in steps 2 - 4 if you do it right

I spent over an hour & a half server hopping in Super Golf just trying to find a Canyon match before the shine thanks to the server list being broken...
Only to then eventually see the dev made a post one hour prior saying that not only did they change the amounts needed for the silvers but you could now get the silvers & shines in Private Servers. Felt like I had wasted my time lol
