🏡 This is my favorite house from Redrow, Stately and elegant 🥇 the open plan kitchen is excellent , high ceilings - with expensive but good quality details and extra upgrade. 😎 It is good news that Redrow has changed Interior Designer, already urgently needed a fresher presentation of they houses ...Good Taste. i like the windows (casement windows?) that can let air into the whole window. where i live (the US), the windows usually have 2 panels (sashes) that slide up and down. this means you can let air in only half of the window.
I personally prefer a Henley with the U shaped kitchen and shelving at the back, although you could remove the shelving and have a breakfast bar there which I would prefer, it is the aesthetics of that style of kitchen that I prefer though
I would also prefer bi-fold doors, leading to a seating area outside and within the ample sized garden (plot permitting) I would have a hot tub with awning as needed
In both En Suites I would have a rainfall shower fitted and in the family bathroom, simply because it is a superior shower experience
The garage would be a partial gym, sauna and steam room for me and also a space for my car
Otherwise the Henley is a STUNNING house type and if I ever get a chance to be able to afford to buy one I WILL!!

Redrow at Knutsford is going to be a wonderful site to visit. You will get to see some HUGE properties all kitted out with the newest gadgets! Redrow are my favourite house builders and Elliott and Matt are my favourite too!

The mirrored cabinets in bathrooms are called medicine cabinets in USA...keeping Rx meds as well as over the counter meds like aspirin, cold medicines. Also miscellaneous stuff like toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorants etc. Is there a big market in UK for £600,000+ homes like this?? This would most likely be $1.5+ million dollar home in USA...a bit pricey!!

if a home does not have a garage, is there usually a driveway where the owners park their cars? or are there some designated parking spaces in front of the home? if so, are the spaces perpendicular to the street? or parallel to the street? or diagonal? just curious.....
Most homes come with a driveway normally!

I very much like the natural wood doors, the large windows and the fitted wardrobes. I am not fond of the dark blue kitchen cabinets - too hard to keep clean. I have mixed feelings about the decor.

A regular Leamington or the Leamington lifestyle? We have reviewed the lifestyle but not the regular 4 bed version.

Ignore me I’ve had a brain lapse! The Leamington Lifestyle is a 3 bed all with en suite. We have reviewed these three times! You can find them all in Redrow playlist. I was confusing the Oxford Lifestyle which I do believe started life as a 4 bed version which you can still buy.

We purchased a Rode double wireless mic (very expensive) and we cannot get it to work with our phone.
You say the property has a double garage, but like all property reviewers you don’t show a double garage with cars in them.
Hi Nick, we as vloggers can’t personally put cars in the garages of new build show homes. The garages are also nearly always fully locked. There have been some we have been able to get in and show but not many! Also many show homes have planting or pathways obstructing the actual garage doors! This is because it’s a show home and when the actual show home is sold off at the very end of the development the garages are then returned to normal driveway landscaping.
How in the world is someone supposed to fit 2 cars in that garage? That's tiny for a 2 car garage.

Nope . It have tons of extra cost a fortune to make it look a bit near it as we seeing

I'm from the U.S. and many homes are built with the option of a lower level basement for storage or another living space . Do the homes in the U.K. have that option?
Most U.K. homes are not built with a ‘underground’ basement level. Some very old homes may have a cellar but are usually small.

Yes it’s something they do with show homes. It’s all put back when the show home is sold.

Because they dont want people stain carpets from show homes inside once been wondering on grass outside. Its hard to clean it up

@@iLuvSekuwayeah! I spoke to some brick layers today about building a new home. They all stated how new homes are over priced and how poorly they are built. The builders like redrow have set fees for brick layers. They don’t pay well so the brick layers rush the work. Not my words it’s there own words. However redrow are one of the better builders…
