So many ideas for your own home. I particularly liked that the freezer was not next to the cooker as is often the norm. Freezers have to work harder if next to a heat source and components can be adversely affected which costs money to repair. A freezer engineer told me this years ago. Great video as always, getting fed up telling you now .😄😄😄😄

This is my favourite house so far. I would keep the living room and formal dining room for best and spend most of the time in the kitchen/diner/living room. I would turn the small room currently the office into a cosy living room for the evening and don’t get me started on the utility room!!! I will have a utility room some day for my washer and dryer, plus a selection of vacuum cleaners, carpet washers and floor cleaners, not to mention my ridiculous amount of cleaning products.

Compared this with the Blenheim and Richmond, three best houses but now think this is my fave. Love everything about it! Kitchen, secret study, dressing area and huge ensuite to master bedroom. What I noticed at here in Liverpool, the downstairs toilet was bigger than other sites. I love the size and would put a vanity unit in place of coat stand. Thank you Elliot and Matt for a spectacular home tour! 🤩

I would put a TV in a cabinet in the front parlor. It is useful to have a 2nd tv area just in case. One is watching a program the other wants to play video games and chill. It's nice to have options. But hide it behind a cabinet so to keep the room looking formal.
Btw this house reminds me of an American house style.

I have the instant boiling water tap (mine is a Quooker) and I LOVE it!!! As a little luxury it’s so worth the extra cost. I was skeptical it would be hot enough to make a good cup of tea but it does. I was skeptical I would use it often, but I do, several times a day: for instant teas and coffees, instant porridge (oatmeal), blanching, water for soaking beans, sterilizing, adding water to my cooking, so it doesn’t go off the boil etc etc.

When you have coving it is not possible to fit a curtain track without cutting into the coving (not ideal) the curtains would not hang straight if the track fitted up to the coving you would have a gap at the top that is why the track is fitted lower.

I was just about to ask how it was considered accessible when there were stairs? Here in the US there are stair lifts, that go up and down (you sit on them); but that would be difficult if you were restricted to a wheel chair, and unable to transfer. Then you showed the very spacious downstairs bathroom bathroom, where a lift could be installed (although I would hate to loose the downstairs bathroom for a lift, I guess it would depend on the 'footprint' of the lift.)
This is a beautiful house, LOL, it would be too big for a single person such as myself. A great house for a young and growing family.
