In the video I talk about my friend with Tourettes experiencing symptoms from certain triggers. Many have asked what I was referring to. Although everyone is different, his triggers were food dyes (red 40 was the worst and it's in so many products), annatto (another food dye, supposedly natural, and it's in most cheeses that are orange), MSG (which is in many chips and garbage food like Doritos), dairy, gluten, and mercury (dental fillings, albacore tuna) and fluoride (in toothpaste or dental cleanings).

MSG affects every organ in the body. Spoiler alert: it's not beneficial to any of them.

Hope you don’t mind me responding. I’m not a doctor, just a mom who’s been through the wringer with OCD. I would start with a low dose since he’s 10. Most of the low-dose capsules are 600mg but Thorne (a great brand) makes one that’s 500mg. We take that first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then don’t let him eat for at least 30 minutes. It’s important to take it on an empty stomach or it won’t be absorbed (although it can cause nausea, but we’ve found that nauseous feeling usually only lasts a few minutes). If we decide to add a 2nd dose in the afternoon, do it at least 3 hours after lunch and at least 30 minutes before dinner. I strongly suggest finding a good ND (naturopathic doctor) to work with as I’ve found regular doctors just don’t know anything about NAC or really anything about OCD.
The other question I would ask is, did his OCD symptoms come on abruptly, perhaps following an illness. If that is the case, it might not be OCD but actually PANDAS. Look into it. I wish any of the multitude of doctors we saw with my son would have known about it because we could have saved my son so much anguish if we had known. Makes me sick to think about it.
PANDAS is basically where the immune system kinda goes haywire following a strep infection and starts attacking the brain. If it’s caught early enough, treatment can be as simple as penicillin. Turkey Tail mushroom, an immune modulator can also really help. In our case, we ended up doing a tonsillectomy because it turned out strep was just hanging out in my son’s tonsils for YEARS. Like 10 years. His symptoms would wax and wane and we were told sometimes that happens with OCD. Turns out it was this underlying strep infection that his immune system would fight back, then it would ramp up, and on and on.
I would also recommend Tamara Chansky’s book “How to Free Your Child from OCD” for great tips on using Cognitive Behavior Therapy. And there’s a great work book that helped my son sooooooo much called “What to Do When Your Brain Gets Stuck” by Dawn Huebner.
Sending you love and prayers from a mom who knows how hard it is. 💞 There’s hope. My son is 18 now and he’s doing well.

@@tatzja8074 how hard it must have been for you! Praying to our Lord Jesus for healing power for your son and Peace & Wisdom of God be upon you and your family.
My son has tics and stuttering
He also has semi-adhd like lack of self control & anger management
His symptoms are not severely noticeable like OCD, however when he is angry i can see his brain is stuck and not getting out of it - this might sound normal to some people but I think he can do better (for his future) given some nutrition helps and NAC has been on my list for someone else who has lung problems and covid etc…but with Wisdom from God, I am confident that NAC will help my son on his tics stuttering and semi-neural/nerve issues

@@tatzja8074 curious if you tried painting his tonsils with iodine first. I know it was years ago, but you'd likely remember. Since tonsils are part of the immune system, they love iodine. I know the thyroid is most well known for using iodine, but every cell in our bodies uses it.

I've been using NAC for about a 1 1/2 years now. I'm a Covid pneumonia survivor with 5 weeks in a coma on a vent and 6 1/2 on feeding tubes. I use it for the lung expansion benefits and couple it with Serrapeptase and MK7 to eat the scar tissue. I had to learn to walk, talk, eat and breathe all over again. What kind of Lung Disease? I have chroic sinusitis, sinus pressure and headaches, and bouts of acute Bronchitis. I do have a few Granulomas in my left lung - which have been described to me as calcified either fungul or bacterial infections that harden and remain in the lungs. Due to being a fomer smoker of cigs for over 45 years, the protocol is a CT Scan once a year to monitor this. I am going to focus on taking NAC regularly each day for a few months and see what happens. I also learned of Serrapeptase - an enzyme that is form the Silk Worm that supposdedly is reported to "eat up" fibrin (scar tissue) in the Body.

I was in the med center in Omaha for a week and almost died from covid. I was sick for a total of 3 weeks and the last week of it, pneumonia jumped in too. They gave me remdesivir (4 bags) and it killed everything. And almost me too. Afterwards i was barely alive and in a weakened state. i could barely walk or even pick up my yeti coffee cup. 2 years went buy and i still hadn't recovered. No grip strength, not even enough stamina to walk to the mail box. The doctors i had been seeing said there was nothing they could do. I had joined a covid long haul group filled with hundreds of thousands of people. Apparently this was pretty common. Everyone was frantically looking for a fix to our problem. Someone had said they tried NMN and NAC and it actually worked. I jumped on it pretty quickly and overnighted a bottle of each. 1000mg each. After 2 weeks i felt way better. A moth after i started, i was even lifting weights and riding my bike around the lake. Whatever it is, it works.

I have been an asthmatic my entire life and about 8 years ago was diagnosed with COPD. My doctor prescribed ADVAIR, which is a corticosteroid.
I used to have to use a rescue inhaler (Albuterol) 2 to 3 times a week and especially during the spring, when the pollen levels are up.
I sing and over the course of time I noticed something had changed in my voice. It was after a little research, I found out that corticosteroids negatively affect the
vocal chords. I decided that given the fact that the ADVAIR didn't seem to help much, I quit it last June and immediately started looking for an alternative.
That is when I learned about NAC. I take the exact same brand and dose (600mg) you show here and remarkably, after about an hour after the first dose, I noticed my chest beginning to clear.
Over the course of the next few days, it continued to improve until I could breathe more clearly than I can ever recall.
I can sing for hours, never run out of breath, hit motes that were impossible before and without any negative effects on my vocal chords. Here's the amazing thing.
I have not had so much as one puff off the rescue inhaler since last June, so I'm approaching a year without any type of inhaler and all I'm taking is 600mg of NAC each morning.
When I told my doctor what I had done, she looked skeptical until she listened to my breathing and I think she was even amazed.
It may not work like this for everyone, but NAC has literally changed my life for the better.

It's WAY more powerful than just being a support for the liver. So when a person goes to the emergency room for heavy metals poisoning (lead, iron, aluminum, mercury) they're given Dimercaprol (can be toxic!), which has the same function as NAC. It's brought into your cells, unlike Glutathione, and binds to heavy metals, acetaminophen, binds to mercury, and DRAWS IT OUT by very powerful sulfur bonds, allowing your body to excrete those harmful metals and acetaminophen. Glutathione only gets into the blood stream, and therefore has very limited function in heavy metals/acetaminophen removal. NAC is the super-champ and has practically no toxicity unlike Dimercaprol.

I took NAC every day (along with eliminating most processed foods and a lot of carbs), my enzymes were back to healthy levels in less than a year of sobriety. Whether or not the NAC contributing or not, I can't say for certain, but the Dr. was surprised at how quickly my body healed giving where I was at previously. So I'm included to say that at worst, it contributed to the healing process as was my change in diet/healthy living. Wow!! Thank you for this! I was told for awhile that I had endometriosis & was just recently told after seeking help again that it may be adenomyosis. They want me to take orlissa & the insurance company keeps playing games & won't cover the medicine though it's medically needed, and on top of that the side effects are SO TERRIBLE!! I had NAC and stopped taking it after 2 weeks or so because I had EXTREME body odor I couldn't hide. The smell of the stuff was coming out of my pores! It's also like it triggered horrible reflux too & I had chest pains and a heaviness though, it wasnt a burning sensation, but a lot of acid burps. I used the powder though & drank it with water. I wonder if the pills metabolize differently? Do you notice body odor with NAC? Or are you taking something to combat that? Even after showering, I could literally still smell it on my armpits and in my sweat. Normally I wouldn't care because I'm to myself, but not hot weather is around the corner, and I'm in close proximity to people because I go to physical therapy lol.

I suppose that makes sense why turpentine is so effective in killing off disease - being it is a solvent.
(Turpentine from the pine tree; similar to quinine, from the cinchona tree - which, is used for Hydroxychloroquine-resistant malaria. The same medication which was recommended to use to treat COVID. I took a few days in, when I got COVID - and it only lasted a week).
I had immensely high liver enzymes from Hep A that went undiagnosed because it was hidden with how severely I was sick in other aspects.

    • @SG-js2qn
      @SG-js2qn ปีที่แล้ว +12

@@XOChristianaNicole Turpentine is basically pine essential oil. Pretty much all essential oils are going to have some solvent type properties. Citrus oils are easily obtained, for instance, and used as a solvent. These essential oils are part of the plant's immune system, and in many ways naturally kill off invading organisms.
I don't think we know enough yet about the different kinds of biofilms to know which approach works best for which biofilm, but NAC seems broadly effective, and has been recommended in the research literature for regular usage alongside any antibiotic type treatment, including "resistant" strains.

Come to think of it, compulsive sexual behavior is GONE after taking NAC with oregano oil (capsule) and blackseed oil (5 ml each time). You will see results the day you start. So perhaps this also helps with other compulsive behaviors. 2x 600 mg NAC per day is normal but taking double in the morning is perfectly fine (so 1800 per day) - EDIT You take these three at the same time. Also - avoid Swanson oregano oil, theirs is ineffective because it has no carvacrol content.

Very interesting video. I have alittle story about NAC. I was checking ALT liver enzymes last year and had 77mmol. I got them checked again 6 weeks ago and they were elevated to 166mmol. Now a good range is 10-70 mmol. I lay normally on 40-41mmol. 166 i thought? I don't drink or smoke. I am pretty damn healthy. I took NAC 2 x 800 mg per day for short time and got my ALT tested today and it was 27mmol. Now that is pretty good. Reason I didn't get the elevated liver enzymes were that my Bilrubines were 5 and 8 only. Lowest you should have is 5. Meaning that you don't have liver diseases and such and last time Gamma was checked it was okay also.
Now, Have heard that Tudca is much better than Nac. Its very used by bodybuilders to clean the liver from oral steroids.
Its also interesting your views on Glutamate. Typical Neuron up-regulator. You find it beneficiary to take GABA to counter the effets of overactive glutamate? If I take GABA. I get much more active while being tired for some reason.
In regards to Tylenol. I hear that NAC will only help poisoning if its administered within 6 hours or some from the Tylenol dosage or it can actually damage more.
Sorry the way I WRITE. I am not stupid really. I researched alot. I am just from Denmark and its late here. We are both unto something here. Thanks. I will sub you. I like the way you present things. Very likable:) Not fake. Just straight to the point with many small insights.

Hi, just an important note about Tylenol/acetaminophen/paracetamol overdose - if somebody overdoses on this drug they MUST be given INTRAVENOUS NAC within a specific time frame. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO TAKE ORAL NAC. If you try taking oral NAC to reverse this it could prove fatal. It will NOT work. Death by Tylenol overdose is slow and makes your organs shut down, it can take months. Don't be tempted to self-administer NAC for this purpose.

    • @Cosmic_Code
      @Cosmic_Code ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@joanneclark8256 Yes sorry. ALT:
      Measured in Europe.
      77 UL (Oct 2022)
      166 UL (March 2023.
Then I used NAC 2 x 800 mg from Germany. 1 week up to last test.
      I scored 27 UL (April 2023)
Just 6 weeks after the 166 UL score.
ALT or Alanintransaminase as we call it also has to be seen in correlation to Bilrubiner - Gamma-glutamyl Transferase P - Basisk fosfatase.
Meaning high Fosfate and Gamma could be liver disease, whereas Fosfate for itself, can indicate something from the bones and not hepatic caused.
Lets say you have high ALT but the Bilrubines are low. Its most likely a sign everything is okay with the liver. I have extreme low Bilrubines while exhibiting high ALT.
Now breaking down of muscle and protein will also cause elevation in ALT. I do not drink or smoke.
Hope this explains a bit better? English is not my first go to always. I mix things up and numbers are sometimes different in values.
So a score of 27 UL is very decent considering everything below 70 UL is good and under 30 is excellent. Compared to the amount of pills I daily consume and my age its very good indeed with 27. My wife is scoring 16 UL but she is also 10 years younger and half my size (120 pounds). Not consuming all this medicine I like to take? or have to take. Depending on free will and such. I am a big muscular Viking man, so would assume scoring atleast 40+ would be normal and much above that for my age (44) and size. So I am very happy with that low values. My gamma is normal last time and bilirubin is low while Fosfate is 2/3 of normal range.
I will recommend taking Tudca also for good ALT and forget about milk thistle. Its very harsh for the stomach and intestines.
      Greetings/Denmark

Glutamine is found in sufficiency in the body and diet, so isn't rate limiting However, glycine (while technically non-essential) is neither sufficiently synthesized by the human body nor sufficiently present in the diet, and seems to be more rate limiting than cysteine in glutathione production. You can get more info from the recent book The Collagen Cure by DiNicolantonio and Land.

Quercetin. The NAC is the only thing that helps me not rely on allergy meds or when I eat any dairy products which instantly stuff up my nose. I have also been suffering from extremely dry eyes and have been wondering if the NAC while doing wonders for my sinuses could be drying my eyes out at the same time. I will be so disappointed if I come to that conclusion because it is the only thing that has worked for me for my constant congestion that I’ve suffered with for decades.

I'm 71 yo, retired, man, and a sufferer of Chronic pains from spondyliosis of the Spine (OA of the spine vertebrae) and Facet Joints, multiple sites of spinal stenosis, disc bulges, disc herniations, lots of overall Inflammation in the body, dextroscoliosis at 25 degrees, and degenerated discs in my spine. I do lots of personal research, particularly in the past 5 years or so. I do Seek That Magic Pill. but I have not found it. As a sufferer with Anxiety since early childhood [nial biting, etc.] and Anxiety disorders evolving onto anxiety attacks / Panic Attacks later in my life, the chronic pains intesifies Anxiety. Round and Round it Goes!. I learned of NAC a few years ago. I started to take to take it, but irregularly. After seeing this and other proponents of NAC (Dr. Sam in New Zealand] on the InterWeb, I will commence to take it regulalry to "test" its efficacy with my problems. I too get OCD - which is a ramification of anxiety disorders , so is Depression. I'm not sure if NAC helps to treat Inflammation which has become Public Enemy No. 1, but will add it to my regimen of Supplements. I think 1. NAC 2. Dairy exclusion 3. Proteases like serrapeptase alone could have saved a lot of people during the demic, not to mention they can help a lot of folks with respiratory issues. That being said, NAC breaks down disulfide bonds, which have the potential to destabilize the structure of antibodies and of course other proteins. The way NAC works against mucus is also to break down the disulfide bonds. So I'm a bit ambivalent about being on NAC forever. My take is that use NAC when absolutely necessarily, but I personally would not rely on NAC. I don't want to break down my good proteins when I'm healthy. But if you are feeling ill, absolutely, use it! Given that a lot of people are sick for various reasons, probably NAC is a good idea.

    • @LifeDIY
      @LifeDIY  ปีที่แล้ว +29

Thanks for sharing this! Although some people may benefit from taking it daily, I totally understand just taking it as-needed.
You got me going down the research rabbit hole when you mentioned the concern that it could potentially break down other proteins in the body. So, here is some more information:
NAC has several proposed mechanisms of action. From what I've read, one way it works is by breaking down thiolated proteins, or ones that contain sulfur molecules known as thiols.
-Once broken down, thiols are released & they are important for metabolic processes in the body, antioxidant activity and protection from oxidative damage
-Thiols are also said to help reduce inflammation, support liver health and protect against cell damage
      www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/10715762.2018.1468564
Besides that, you mentioned that it breaks disulfide bonds, which is why it's helpful for breaking up mucus and respiratory-related issues. I found this excellent paper here explaining NAC's proposed mechanisms of action: www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0163725821001182
In part of this paper, they attempt to address your concern with other proteins in the body being broken down, beyond the lungs and pulmonary tissue. They do not believe that supplements will have a damaging impact on other proteins in the body. They state: "Thus, oral administration is the route least likely to support direct disulfide reduction in the circulation, or elsewhere in the body." (They go way more in depth into the topic if you want to read it).
They even go on to state that they're surprised that NAC (as an oral supplement) is marketed to help with mucus in the lungs because taken as a supplement (rather than something like an IV in high amounts), they believe that "it seems very unlikely that orally supplied NAC can reach the lung in sufficient amounts to actually cause disulfide reduction in the mucus."

@@LifeDIY Thanks for doing the research! "it seems very unlikely that orally supplied NAC can reach the lung in sufficient amounts to actually cause disulfide reduction in the mucus."
I'm one of those people who see the effects of supps/meds pretty quickly. I don't know why but if a supp does something, I know within a few hours. For me, oral NAC reduces mucus within 30 minutes every single time. 100%/ I have no doubt it goes into the lungs. Doesn't need IV. And I don't think i'm the only one! Interesting research. I'll read it carefully.

    • @LifeDIY

No problem and thank YOU for bringing this up. I got to learn a lot more and I like to read more about this stuff. It seems like there is some conflicting or unresolved information about all the details on how NAC impacts the body and tissues. So, if you find any other papers on this, feel free to share it. When I have time I'll look into it more too.
Now that is super interesting that you can feel it so quickly. It just shows how everyone is different. What brand do you take?
Also, I believe the paper had a theory as to why oral supplementation would still help with respiratory/mucus issues. If you read the paper and find the part that I quoted, it's near there where they get more into detail about their theory as to how it may help with that.

@@LifeDIY NOW Supplements, NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) 600 mg with Selenium & Molybdenum, 250 Veg Capsules.
There may not be a paper on it. I'm in the biomedical field and I was staring at some antibody structures lately to review some stuff and it hit me - there are so many S-S bonds in the antibodies. If NAC gets into the bloodstream, and I'm sure some of it does, this is worth thinking about, as in, it may make you more prone to infection if you overdo it. How much it matters is a completely different matter of course and can only be determined empirically but theoretically, it's a possibility.
Despite this, as long as I breathe, I will keep Nac in my cabinet. In fact, I used it today. Was cleaning and there's so much dust, making me mucusy. I took NAC and a bit of proteases like immunoseb and/or blockbuster and boom! i'm at 100%.

I see. So this is great because you can correct me if I've provided any incorrect information here. :) That's great you're in the biomedical field. It's also very interesting to hear your thoughts on excess NAC in the bloodstream and potential to make you prone to infection. A few years ago I remember hearing Rhonda Patrick mention that in excess, NAC or other antioxidants can contribute to cancer spreading, if you already have it. People often say the same thing about NMN. Now rumors are going around that NMN causes cancer, due to information being passed around. For a while many years back, I was taking NAC regularly a few times a day. Now I just take it here and there, but I don't feel like I need it daily.
So you turn to NAC for sinus-related issues from the dust? I guess I just view that as more of a histamine issue, so I often take Quercetin for that type of thing, which seems to give me fast relief. Next time, I'll add NAC to it and see if it helps.
I just looked up Immunoseb as I haven't heard of it before. That is great if it helps you. Are there any other supplements you always have on hand?

    • @LifeDIY
      @LifeDIY  ปีที่แล้ว +15

Thank you! I haven't found any drug interactions issues between NAC and SSRIs. You should double-check to be safe. I did find this research paper: link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s40263-022-00907-3 and it states that there have been 6 randomized control trials using NAC + SSRIs to treat OCD (doses were 2000-3000/day). Sorry you're having problems tapering off of what you're taking. :( I took an antidepressant many years back for anxiety also. This is kind of personal, but I want to share it in case it might help.
A year ago I went through a really intensely stressful situation that caused a ton of anxiety that I have never experienced before. I am really happy I am totally free of that stressful situation now. Back then, I would just think about it and my heart would start racing and I'd have palpitations and sleep problems. It was really bad and I had to have an at home heart monitoring test and it wasn't really normal due to the crazy heart rate and palpitations. It was all stress-induced. I even took a Bio age test and it said I was 5 years older or something like that, which has never happened before. Anyway, I bought this supplement by the brand Now - called Mood Support. It has St. John's Wort and some other herbs and supplements in it. I took one a day and didn't notice much, but maybe a small improvement, though my issues were intense at the time. When I took one in the morning and added in another one at night - those symptoms went away. I could feel when I'd have the waves of anxiety coming on, but then I'd no longer feel the heart racing with it. Then eventually things got better and I stopped feeling the waves of anxiety. The effect it has on me when I was in the worst part of that situation - was very noticeable and pretty amazing. I know we should learn to cope with our issues, but sometimes we just need help through a rough period of time. And it helped me so much. I don't have depression issues, though St. John's Wort is often used for that in other countries. I'm not really trying to recommend this to you because you're trying to get off of your current medication. But, I wanted to share it, just in case it might help.
I got kind of worried because I was on it for at least a few months or more and I wanted to just get off of it. So I kind of tapered it to be safe, but thankfully I never had any issues or noticed any problems. My old issues did not just return or anything. It's interesting because I notice kind of a quick effect from it, but I assumed it might work more slowly. I need to do more research on it.

I’ve suffered 26 months from the effects from a virus that wouldn’t go away, wrecking havoc through every system of my body. I’m a RN and just got finished with another degree in psychotherapy, ready to start my practice…next thing I know, I can’t remember what I’m talking about from every 2-3 sentences, the mental fog and fatigue have stayed, I’ve endured heart surgery and also I’ve had joint pain so severe, I’ve spent most of the year in a wheelchair. My PCP passed me off, I’ve seen almost every specialist and they want to work me up for “hormones” first and all along, I’ve been also using those practicing western medicine, and I’ve done extensive research and spent a ton on supplements to see if they work. I started the NAC with glutathione to deliver that extra punch. NAC pushes glutathione on into the liver to detox. I could write an entire book on the supplements I’ve taken but within a couple of days of taking NAC with glutathione, (It’s important to look at what bioavailability each supplement has in it as the capsule…if your body can’t break it down, it’s useless. If it’s encapsulated to where it’s fat soluble is crucial!) However, I apologize for an extremely condensed watered down version lol but I felt it was important to prove my experience…nothing has helped my mental fog until I began taking NAC with glutathione. I also really get great results when I feel like a viral episode is still hanging around, it’s by a company that I saw their blue bottles in your basket, it’s called Cytokine Suppress and it’s helped a lot. However, certain anti histamines I take daily, and that gives the most immediate relief of dizziness, nausea, etc. I used to couldn’t take them, now they’re my go to while the other things are working long term and at the root of it all. I’ve also just ordered from the blue bottled company (Life extension), im impressed with their effectiveness, it’s called Autophagy Renew, that kind of helps stimulate cellular turnover and kill off the bad, and flush the dead cellular debris. This is day 2 so we will see.

I will give you the take from my numerous Doctors who have been treating my Long C19 from Delta in Oct 2021 I nearly died in ICU from the Cytokine Storm, the Pneumonia was so bad my Hospitalist gave me a 5% chance to survive 72 hours before sending me to the C19 floor ICU. I survived barely, but several months later suddenly became Diabetic Type 2 had bad Hypertension, Balance Issues, POTS and severe Tinnitus among many other things. My Doctors are Professors Of Neurosciences at 2 large universities and have successfully treated me with the following things listed below. Yes, they have been giving me natural things to my shock. There has been extensive research on NAC taken with Glycine called GlyNac and with NAC taken with Bromelain called BroNac. One of my Doctors prefers to use Serine instead of Glycine as he says it starts at the top and goes to the bottom, working better with NAC. The Nattokinase, Tocotrienols, MK-7 NAC, Serine or Glycine, and Apolactoferrin and Monolaurin are incredible at obliterating pathogens, reducing the Spike to nothing and blunting Inflammation body wide. Each of them is Antithrombotic according to my Doctors, they say the D-Dimer just will not pick up micro clotting, and the micro clots are so small even MRI has a hard time showing them. Vit D3 at 10,000Iu daily with K2 90mcg Daily and Magnesium Glycinate 500Mg taken with a fatty meal is essential they said. Also, they prescribe Vascepa at 2gm twice daily with meals for the Omega 3 that is Pharmaceutically Purified. They prefer Vascepa over Lovaza as the EPA is apparently much more important. I suffer from MS as well and I can tell you my Doctor group has been spot on in treating my long C19 and other medical issues. Just a thought that I believe will help you, look up the current research on the above listed, especially when taken together. One last thing, it has been working not just on the Long C19, but on alot of other serious issues they are treating. Hope this helps you and anybody else suffering.

I have suffered from mercury toxicity, one symptom being ticks. Detoxing for over 7 years I no longer have these symptoms.

I use NAC on occasion when I eat bad food such as overdose on processed meats, alcohol (although I stopped drinking), high sugary food and even lack of sleep. I use it if I think I've compromised my liver or kidney function, short term by a bad diet especially. NAC actually helps and I do feel better, more energetic, and I always have it on hand and take it on occasion. Thanks!

Ah you're selling it... What about the recent negative findings regarding NAC and cancer?

I have been taking this for over four years. I did not get COVID-19, but everyone in my family did, and everyone I know got it. I think between NAC and Vit C, B, D, E, I was not lucky but rather inoculated!

raw fruits and vegetables preferably organic is always huge. The living enzymes give life. Superfood powders of course are huge also ( added to smoothies ) . I'll definitely look into this supplement as I find the universe will guide You to things that benefit You. I shouldnt overlook this supplement

How do you know what powders are good and safe without heavy metals and chemicals?
