Good tripod with arca is an amazing work vice , I find I use mine more for rifle work than shooting lol
I don't shoot competitive events but I do own a Savage model #110 hunter in .223. I have a leupold freedom cds 3-12x for optic. I think it's a good set-up for varmints and great band for the buck. Great video and enjoy your channel 👍👍

I watched an MDT video on the chassis and they did detail that feature. I took mine off more recently so you can slide things off the end of the Arca rail. I've a plate and bag combo that slides on and off with a clamp on part of it so keeping it on wasn't an option.
Video Idea: Comparision of diffrent bullets (round nose, sharp nose, spire nose) What they are good for and what bullets to you use for hunting/comp. As always awesome video.

An observation .. if you're going to pull all that weight .. and you have to re-zero anyway .. why not pull the barrelled action and set up in a different stock?
I thought it strange that you went through all of that work to remove the weights without messing with the action screws to maintain your zero and then you talked about swapping scopes before the match. Scratching my head a little with that one. Really enjoy your channel though, thanks for the video
As mentioned in the vid, I initially thought just removing the weights I would make the weight limit. Realized I didnt and then head to revert to swopping scopes too

I see you have the MDT GRND-POD bipod. It locks in the forward 50° position but there is no locking in the rearward 50° position. Is that a negative for PRS? can you comment on that? maybe give your opinion on using it in PRS?

I’m looking into building a 223 trainer just like the one show in the video. Howa barreled action, acc chassis. But if I’m not mistaken 223 is a mini action. Will a howa 223 fit a short action acc chassis?

At the time I thought removing the weight would be enough 😅
