Jojo's Multilingual Adventure

This is a video I made a while ago as an experiment, thinking about the idea of everyone in the Stardust Crusaders speaking their own mother tongue instead of having a middle ground. Since I could only find the Japanese, French and English dubs of the OVA's, I just made Avdol speak all 3 of the languages and somehow act as a translator between them.
The subtitles for when Polnareff is speaking French are not completely correct since back then I didn't take the time to translate what he was actually saying and just got the dialogue from the English dub, sorry about that, but it's easy to just get the idea of what he's saying.
(I might make more of these sometime in the future for other scenes)

I always liked the idea that the reason why Jotaro is so quiet is because he only knows Japanese while everyone else can speak English or whatever other language. Kakyoin knows it cause he paid attention in school while Jotaro didnt. But Jotaro slowly picks it up because I would imagine it comes to him quickly because Holly might have spoken it a lot around him maybe when he was younger.

You make a good point. I seriously doubt that an Egyptian, a Frenchman, an American of British descent, a half-British~American/half Japanese teenager and a Japanese student would ALL be speaking perfect flawless Japanese
