Hi Diksha, does all the job opportunities on LinkedIn are for only IT companies? What about non-IT companies?In LinkedIn I dont find any HR or TAs are working for non-ITs. Also there is huge group of HRs, TAs which helps each other for job hopping instead exchanging job aspirants.

Recruiters on LinkedIn are very lazy. When you contact them they take long time to reply back or never respond. It’s always best to find an agency that can help you search for the jobs or reach out to the companies who are hiring directly. Best of luck.

Do not .. do not reach out to talent acquisition unless you want to bet on your chances rather than increasing your chances. HR People are not to side with you as they work for the company and to underbuy skillset. Best bet is for a referral or apply yourself with personalized cover letter. LinkedIn is to be wisely used it, can be counterproductive. Use under your own risk. Best wishes
Ok ..I still don't understand why such subjective issues are presented as facts of job industry. No folks that's not how it works. I recruit at least 10 folks every quarter and I hardly agree with this interview coach or whatever hell she is claiming to be. Its all bias and yiu are being judged by another human only. Its completely subjective.
