From my personal experience, one treatment of thermage, then a blue peel about once every 2 or 3 years has made my pores disappear. Even the large acne scarring around my cheeks barely remain, and they're hardly noticeable. This is my experience, no exaggerations, not selling anything.
@@usha6844 Castor Oil is very thick so I mix a little bit of my moisturizer and rub it it my hands and apply all over my face, neck, and decollete and arms. It will help your eyebrows and eyelashes to grow.
So does microneedling correct this? Cleansing routines can stop them dilating before they get big, but what can repair them when it's after the fact? Are we still looking for solutions?
I just got Medicube’s Air Shot device which emulate microneedling without the needles. I’ve noticed a reduction in pore size from a couple months of use.
Hi doctor thank you for the product I've been using almost 3 months and I see the result it's amazing product I can recommend it for everybody. And I'm so glad that I found you. God bless doctor
I used to follow this surgeon with pleasure and listened to hours of his instructive videos, but since he launched his skincare line it has gotten worse and worse. I understand that he have to get maximum profits from sales, but come on, it's ridiculous that a doctor now says that lasers and chemical peels don't work to reduce pores, but a serum or cream works better! I've never commented even though I've been thinking about it for some time, but now with these statements he's becoming really unprofessional. (For the doctor's fans, before filling me with criticism please ask other doctors and they will all tell you that lasers and chemical peels are an excellent remedy for enlarged pores, and any serums or creams are not comparable at all!)
Is exfoliation with scrubs (whether fine beads like sugar or large ones like shredded mf Walnuts like st Ives {st knives 🥁🛎🤣🤓}) a good or bad way to exfoliate?? I thought latest update on the topic was scrubs are bad because they scrub off the dead skin cells granted, but they also scrub off good skin cells too. Versus using aha or bha or as he stated a mild chemical peel is an exfoliation method that only kills the dead skin cells, only attaches themselves to the dead leaving the good ones alone to stay. Scrubs used to be advised to use 1-3x a week then I heard after the above stated findings to never use them or max 1x per week ... Curious to know the docs perspective on scrubs!! Bcuz even a smaller sized bead that's granular like sand still acts as a scraping agent that would take away good cells along with the bad. Just lesser so than st knives for example. I used to loooove the 60 second shower facial scrub by aveenp, an exfoliation scrub , skin feels soooo nice after using it, works way better then their actusl exfoliation face wash scrub, the smooth skin feeling is incredible after using it - the aveeno 60 second face mask scrub (meant to be used as a face wash in the shower that u leave on for 60 seconds then rinse off, n it has pretty large sized scrub beads but not too large n harsh at all like at knives n not to small and pointless like sand where it's so fine it barely feels like any exfoliation happens. It's just right. But is using beads /a facial scrub bad or good !?!??! Long story short 😅
I heard the fine beads or sugar types of exfoliate is too harsh on the face. I remember this surgeon said on another video he thinks even foam cleansers are too harsh on your face too and recommended liquid cleansers. I’m not an expert tho!

Everything that comes out of this doctors mouth is negative on everything else, except what he does, facelift, solves, everything, his product solve everything
Bull! What a false and “negative” comment on your part! When did he say his products and getting a Facelift would “solve everything?” He has his own product line, so what, did you want him to advertise for Olay or L’Oréal instead? He’s allowed to advertise his own products just like any person or company does that makes a skincare line. He even showed a sunscreen product, “Elta MD,” near the end of his video that WASN’T from his own line. He’s talking about “large pores” and you totally twist it and turn it into topics that he never even mentioned. 😡

I disagee. Chemical peel does help with pores.
Thanks for the truth
The light ones that can be used at home?
Will Retinol help?
it certainly does but not for everyone.
Dr Karam, why only mineral sunscreen? Does chemical sunscreen clog pores and exacerbate the problem or something? Great video btw!❤
Thanks for-giving this very good Information.

Dr. Amir, through years of using prescription tretinoin my pores have become markedly smaller. Is this common?
Yep! Just one of the perks of retinoids.
His products didn’t help and they don’t offer a refund :(
Thank you for exposing this scam

What about stretched pores?
Doctor my son is 20 y and he have a lot of acne scars and big pores. Can you do something about that?

Chemical peels treat pores? No
Chemical peels treat pores? Yes

Exactly. “Chemical peel wont treat pores but my enzyme powder will”. 🤨
Exactly he said no to chemical peels and than said use light chemical peels lol
