These are my daily routine.
Thats a good routine
How often do you do those?
Daily 😂
You need Trifecta. Fewer products
Thanks for the list of face care. I am missing two different creams. Also I need to be more consistent. I do skip days without using.
Men go through Andropause.....declining testostorone levels as they age. I see how it affects them physically and mentally as they age. This needs to be talked about more.
They do definitely age but rather gradually whereas women practically become elderly overnight! My neighbours are good examples. They looked about the same age but now, the wife looks like his mother, having gone through her menopause some years ago with complete white hair and a big belly. I feel bad for her. Her husband is still looking attractive as in middle age men attractiveness and is now, for some business reasons, spending most of his time in a fancy foreign city away from the old looking wife. One wonders what he is up to over there alone all the time..😮
Well the white hair she can dye. It does make them look ten years older. The big belly intermittent fasting. Too many carbs. We can still look good one meal a day.
I agree however women’s hormones fall off a cliff at the average age of 51 whereas men decline so slowly that they can still father children after 70 and they usually only need TRT, not 3 different hormones like women do.
That’s a lie men spread about still being able to father. Their sperm quality declines and they are far more likely to have children with birth defects and health issues.
I agree with everything on this video….i took very good care of my skin all my life I am almost 70 years old…and my skin is very beautiful..I am very active and do a lot of sports so I am also very fit …however I think we do have to accept the aging process ….and a women whose face at 70 looks like 35 does not match with the rest of her body …does not look elegant …we will all age and we should celebrate health and joy of being alive! ❤
Imagine if the male testes shriveled and died. The MONEY! The RESEARCH ! The URGENCY !
😂Yes! For men, it's a life or death situation! 😂
Damn straight😂😂😂
Oh yes - they would have free counselling too!!!
How about eating a clean diet? cutting out dairy, sugar, alcohol etc and drinking plenty of water?
Fasting to activate mtor? Products on the face are good, I just think what I listed is half if not more of the equation.
It's playing out right now. For years a woman's fertility was, linked to her age. No one looked into the bioaccumulation of microplastics and endocrine disruptors. However, now that we know the same is causing declining sperm count in men, there is an urgency to address microplastics and endocrine disruptors in society.
Unfortunately we don’t know to look into these things until we notice the problem. Education wasn’t there like it is now. I am 56 yrs old.
So very true!
Wish I could see how todays youngest generations will look when they are old. They are on top of the skincare.
@@zenseed75 They will also have access to all sorts of innovative skincare, devices, in-office treatments etc.
Yes but they still smoke and drink and have terrible diets. It's the ones who stay active that will see the fruits of the labor. @@zenseed75
it's not too late. I am 51, I started maybe 4 years ago and I do see results.
I will be staying on HRT for the rest of my life. It's been a game changer for me. I also follow a good skin regime including the use of Tretinoin. 👌🏻
I don’t think aging sucks but not looking the way I feel is sometimes depressing.
So, aging sucks.
I will invest so that in ten years I can get a facelift if I get old.
I get what you mean. I’m glad to be alive but it sucks that I don’t look the age I feel 😂
@@dammar117 I’m happy to be aging because I’m not ready to die, so no I don’t think aging sucks. I’m also grateful for everything I have, and am glad I can remind myself of that when I see the aging face. 💜

Dr Marie claire Haver is someone people can listen to, she helped me understand the protocol I needed HRT, plus prometrium and vitamins needed, yearly dexa, pilates, and of course Dr karam skin regimen
Some of her advices can be valuable but I am NOT fond of how this woman and many others are strongly pushing HRT like it is the miracle “ safe” pill. Big pharma must love that!
She isn't pushing anything. She's all about providing information so we can make a well- informed decision and support each other no matter what we decide. She also talks about other things besides HRT such as suggested supplements and exercise. I haven't decided yet about HRT but I'm grateful that it will be MY decision.
I started 3 weeks ago with my HRT and I’m already feeling a positive difference. Benefits I’m feeling are better quality sleep, minimized anxiety, less brain fog, more energy. I’m also moving more, strength training, had my HRT doctor do my bloodwork, check my supplements and some I was taking were inhibiting my estrogen so it was great communicating with her. I’m going to research getting my Dexa scan next. My sister has osteoporosis so we are going to build healthy bones 🦴 together. We’re eating less inflammatory foods too.
I started feeling perimenopausal in my mid 30’s and I noticed my primary care physicians (I went to 2) were not very informed. Usual advice: eat less, move more. I’d been active my whole life but something shifted and I kept gaining weight. I went from 135 lbs up to 179 lbs. 🙀 But now, I’m down to 165 lbs. I care about maintaining and building muscle and being my most informed self advocate.
But am I gonna get a vertical restore from Dr Karam as soon as I’m able to afford it? Uuuuhhhhmmm, yes I am 😂. 🙌🏼
Love Dr Haver. She’s a gem. Ppl can decide whatever they want for themselves, she has good intentions and wants to provide information.🫶🏼
I’m 41 and started taking bcp 4 mo ago (Lo Loestrin Fe) to regulate my hormones. Had a tubal ligation in my mid-30s after my daughter and never thought I’d ever be on bcp again😅
Wow has it brought me back to my old me. The past 1.5 years I had rapid increase in insomnia, night sweats, fatigue, rage, anxiety, etc etc etc. perimenopausal symptoms that weren’t there before…journaled them down and brought it to my OB
HRT is not a miracle worker but for those of us badly affected by the decline in oestrogen compounded by a total hysterectomy - for me it is a great help and enabled me to live with reduced joint pain and helped with other health conditions brought on as a result of menopause - everyone is different!!
I just watched an interview with Dr Mary Claire Haver where she says “ Use of HRT beyond 65:New research says No Need to Stop!”
Just got on, and I’m not stopping!!!
Completely agree! I am 65 yo RN using Tibulone for the past 20 years with amazing results. The sad part is I have to go to Europe to buy it.
My sister died of breast cancer at 38.. I"ll be 58 next week and just in menopause now.. Holy gravity 🙏🙏 literally feel like Cinderella after midnight😳.... and all your research thoughts on HRT if you have a history of breast cancer? Thanks so much.🙏
If you want your bladder to stay in place and and not be plagued with peeing and pooping yourself....I'd highly advise vag estrogen at least....my oncologist is even on board with it for me now...
Agree, and she also says that she’s going to die with her hormone patch on 😃💪🏼👏🏼
it all depends, I have good genes-I have facial once in blue moon. a bit of saggy no biggy. I stopped colouring my hair I have medium length salt and pepper hair. I am active and slim. I like who I see in the mirror most days
I wish there was a Menapause Class for Women to Learn about It, Instead of going into it and your Hormones are up & down & you think ur going Crazy 🤪
I agree with you 💯 they should definitely educate women before they enter perimenopause. Because no one prepares you for it. I had to learn everything for myself through online groups & TH-cam. And the symptoms are crazy 😂
There are lots of Dr on TH-cam who specialize in Menopause. Menopause Barbie is a great Dr to follow with hundreds of videos on Menopause;)
I've learned alot from Dr Mary Clare Haver.
Hi I began looking at menopause information when I had a total hysterectomy where all my reproductive organs including cervix were removed. I developed alot of new health problems because of decline in oestrogen and made it my mission to find out everything known about the menopause and how oestrogen deficiency affects women some worse than others. It’s all on online. Lack of oestrogen affects the female body more than you realise. But some people are lucky and it doesn’t affect them so much - but me it affected greatly and now on hrt!!
Look up Dr Mary Claire Haver
There is alot of new info around HRT we need to be careful telling women that they cant stay on it due to cancer risk that is not necessarily accurate info. barbara taylor mary claire haver kelly casperson those are the places to go for accurate hrt info
Thank you for saying this.
I've been on HRT 5 years I have no plans of coming off it. I just had a review last month I told the doctor the same 😁
There was even a recent review of the WHI study, the one that scared everyone off of HRT, that showed all cause mortality is reduced for women on HRT. Everyone thinks about breast cancer but the truth is, breast cancer is not one of the leading causes of death for women. HRT is protective for a lot of things, so in most cases it can be beneficial.
@@leesamurphy1110 me too
There s a new study that hrt causes dementia
I'll be 50 years old in October. I use snail mucin, Vit C, hyaluronic acid, retinol and niacinamide serums 2x a day. And the moisturizers. Not to mention, avoiding smoking, alcohol and fried food.
HRT! I highly recommend it! The studies from the past were flawed greatly.
Very informative video. Women's healthcare does not get enough attention or public education.
💯
No health care is talked about much. Only prescription drugs and to ask your doctor. There's no preventative education.
@@islandmama I think there is quite a bit of preventative education, actually. Eat a varied diet mostly consisting of plants, stay healthy weight, drink a lot of water, get the recommended vaccines, exercise several times a week, get mammograms and colonoscopies when they're recommended, perform regular self-exams on breast/ testicles, and get an annual physical which is covered by insurance.
What I meant by my initial comment is that women in particular do not get enough education about the risks of birth control, signs of menopause, postpartum depression, and other biological realities that only affect women.
The science behind HRT is changing dramatically due to being so under-researched in the past. It’s safe for most women and has significant long-term benefits. The “you can only stay on it for a short time” is no longer the going thesis. Dr Mary Claire Haver is superb on this, as are other Endocrinologists and Obgyns.
I'm 46 and I've just started to age... I'm so glad you covered this!
Extremely disappointed about your lack of knowledge and current information on HRT!!!!
The length of time a woman stays on HRT is a conversation between the particular woman and her menopause specialist.
It is because of physicians such as yourself stating misinformation about the association of cancer and HRT that women are terrified about taking HRT.
All this stems from the WHI study from 20 years ago which by the way has been corrected. Numerous studies have been done since showing the benefits of taking HRT for maintaining bone, heart, and brain health.

Precisely! They very recently (finally!) issued an update. I cannot find it but it may have been discussed by Dr Mary ClaireHaver
Yes, the comment on HRT and lack of comments on sunscreen made me question the rest of his opinions.
Does that apply to the topical estrogen? Like estriol cream? I was scared to use it for the cancer risks
I appreciate all the info but please read up on HRT because you CAN be on it forever.
YES!!!!!
Agree !!
It is still causing hormone induced breast cancer. You need to read up on it. I’ve had good friends thst have died from this.
Definitely 👌🏻
@katemiller7874 what study did you read that states it causes cancer (other than whi from 80s). I just read a book recently (estrogen matters) that reviewed scientific data and it stated it did not cause breast cancer. Would like to read your info if you can provide to continue educating myself.
Yes, we can stay on hrt forever, actually.
Thank you for this topic. After my cancer and surgery i am in menopause already for 2 years. In my 48 i don't recognise me anymore. But following the skincare routine i have the nice skin that is important. You are right that we can't avoid the menopause but we can do a lot to look younger.
I'm 40. But I feel that I'm only 25.
I started to take care of myself when I was 35.

DONT do it. I worked in the medical field for 40+ years... I saw a lot of good but also lots of wrong decisions... IM so happy none of my sisters took HRT or took the Birth control pill. And apparently, look good (I’m told I look a decade younger than I am). @aliciasavino9809 thanks for your input. My mom is 72. She's been on HRT since 42. She had a hysterectomy. My mom is the only one of her friends who is not healthy. She is on a ton of medications. Twenty or more. My MIL is 68. H 20:40 her mother is 90. Still driving. Takes excersise classes a few times a week. Neither of them take medication. My mom has drilled into my head that HRT is necessary if I want to remain youthful and healthy. But she's the unhealthiest person I know.
@@rachelbachel2 try bio HRT Estriol creams and eat more estrogen foods etc.. castor oil for body and face, lots of water and exercise and enjoy life!
Your mother was clearly taking the old forms of HRT. Things now are completely different. And are your mother's health problems truly related with HRT? I know a lot of elderly women who take a lot of medication and have never been on HRT. It is a personal decision but I will surely give it a go when my time comes.
Please don't perpetuate the myth of HRT increasing the risk of cancer, or that we should only use it for a brief period of time. Newer research refutes that information and you are doing a mis service to all menopausal women.
If all menopausal women were on HRT, plastic surgeons would go out of business, hence the scare tactics 🙄
Thank you! I was going to say the same thing. He needs to do the updated research on hrt
How long we can be on HRT depends on each individual physical and medical conditions. I am on hrt myself now for a few years, but my friend indeed developed breast cancer that resulted in double masectomy....It is not one regime fits all. 19:17
I don’t care about the new study they are promoting. Thats big pharma honey. I’ve had 6 friends pass in the last 10 years from Hrt related cancer. Hormone induced they called it. Thank goodness my sister in law is still with us. All breast cancer.
Anthropological studies show there is a biochemical reason we go through menopause. I don't want to alter that process with hrt.
Thank you Dr Amir. I started using vitamin A Retinol when I was teenager, to adresse my acne problems. But o never stopped using it in my daily routine. Last year 55 years old I have done a face lifting, but my skin is still very bright. All that you said is perfect to help us to know how to take care of ourselves like women. I really loved what you said about anthropology and age. I'm anthropologist and I've been observing the same, but the diet plays a lot in skin aging. Thank you. Gigi
At 53 menopause has raised its ugly head. Cried my eyes out two nights ago over EVERYTHING!!
Look out world as this woman is CRAZY! 😂😉😇
Aging is really hard for women. Especially if the woman's husband or partner is still youthful looking. Nature can be cruel for women.
But we do what we can to delay the physical aging with good wholesome diet(we need good fat), regular vigorous exercise and acceptance of what u cannot change.
Make sure you are taking magnesium. It really helps with sleep and evening out emotions. Most of us are deficient

Thank you for this video, Dr. Karam... 🌹 It was very comforting for me to watch. I didn't go through natural menopause but after being diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer 2 years ago, and opting for a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction, I'm left with 5 years of hormonal therapy (Zoladex + Letrozole) which blocks almost all production of estrogen and forces "early menopause". So, because I couldn't cope with all the symptoms, my doctor also prescribed anti-anxiety meds (citalopram) which helps a bit but not all the way. I was thinking that maybe there was someone else out there like me and it would be helpful for them to know that they are not alone? 💔 At the same time, again, really wanted to thank you for touching on so many different concerns in your videos and going into all these details. Thank you so much for being here! 🌹
P.S. As for the changes, you are 100% right... In my case, because of the meds (all in one shot and loss of almost all estrogen production in my body), it happened EVEN faster and I just don't recognize myself anymore at all. Not many people understand that and it's really difficult to accept and to cope with.

I'm through it & my skin is better than it was before thanks to HRT. I'm
starting back on it after 10 yrs. for the MANY health benefits. Too many
women are frightened off by fear of Breast Cancer. Don't be !
HRT 100 percent gave me breast cancer. Thankfully it wasn’t aggressive
I have no evidence I'll get breast cancer. I have all the evidence (family history on both sides) that I'm on the way to debilitating osteoporosis. The choice is clear.
Same here! I’m 73 & have osteoporosis & started HRT pellets (Estradiol & testosterone) w/compounded sublingual progesterone 7 mos. ago & next DEXA in a year or so should be stable or improved. Just the fact that sleep is better is huge in & of itself! Skin looks great, have noticed I don’t bruise as easily, energy better & libido much improved. My gyn checks my blood hormone levels every 3 mos. & adjusts pellet HRT amounts accordingly. That is very important to do! Also, the gyn requires current mammogram to be negative.
I had womb cancer but due to no cancer in family I was able to have hrt sprays

Im 55 years old and as long as I don’t have an estrogen positive cancer diagnosis I will stay on HRT indefinitely. I would be interested to know if Neda wanted to share whether she is on HRT. I also have started an estrogen face cream which I have noticed great improvement on my neck. And of course the trifecta has helped me tremendously. It works great under makeup.
do you use HRT creams?
Estrogen cream doesn’t work on your face! It doesn’t absorb because it isn’t applied where it gets absorbed. Its so silly all this estrogen face cream lol
@@cleopatra72We do have estrogen receptors on the face, even more than on other parts of the body...
@@gracejones2831 I have read research on HRT cream that is designed to absorb in vaginal tissue does not absorb as well on your face. The research is pretty lacking on estrogen cream made for your face. I understand it is formulated with ingredients that allow your skin barrier to absorb better. Thank you doctor for being so candid. I enjoy your videos because of the science and the biology! Your double major paid off well which is why we get the real deal and not the fluff!
I have said it before, I will say it again: you are providing an ACTUAL service with this video series by highlighting "fascia drift" vs. skin integrity vs. preventative measures for skincare and what to expect (or not) from procedures that fit into the "surgical adjacent" category. (My terminology.) I have been relatively fortunate in terms of how I have aged. Years ago, I had lower lid bleph and did a series of photo facials (the latter to correct sun damage.) In the decades since, I have been pretty careful with my habits, my diet, sunscreen, and lately have used, fewer, better formulas on my skin. YET, in the last three years, there have been subtle but definite changes and that have coincided with the phase out of hormone replacement therapy. I am saving for my vertical lift. I see it as an investment in ME and I don't give a hoot what anybody else might have to say about it. For instance, I would like to get one more good job for the next decade (having been underemployed despite decent skills over the last ten) and I'm here to tell you that ageism is REAL. It should NOT matter but it does. And, I want to stay (mostly) looking like me.
Greetings from Yorkshire England. Love your videos Dr Karam ❤ Thank you for addressing this subject in such a sensitive but informative way.
Interesting. Thank you!
I deeply appreciate your honesty and understanding
Very interesting. I don't personally see myself doing a face-lift but I have focused on skincare for quite a while. At 68 I'm always told I don't look my age. Obviously, genes play a big part in that but I do take good care of my skin and always use SPF.
Thank you for all the best information

Modern science can help A LOT but I strongly believe you have to do your part. I don't drink alcohol, eat well, work out and get plenty of sleep. While I use most of what science offers (fillers, cremes, etc.) you have to do your part and take care of the basics. That being said, super grateful of the existence of plastic surgeons :-) ♥♥ ♥
What a great video! Thank you so much 💓
Thank u so much for this video. It’s very informative 😊
Dr. Karam, menopause kicked my skin around so badly, but I researched what I needed to do then worked my tail off to repair all that I could. The one thing I did not do by choice was hormone replacement therapy. Now at 69 I feel pretty good about my skin. Knowledge is power!
Love this!
It’s interesting that you stated women cant stay on an estrogen replacement forever but no one would tell a diabetic or hyper or hypothyroid patient they have to stop taking insulin or their thyroid medication. Women really need to educate themselves about the critical reasons why estrogen is essential for a cornucopia of reasons related to a healthy life aside from extended beauty. Very happy to be introduced to Suzanne Somer work as well as other women that explain why estrogen is critical to use in some form or fashion until the end of life
Thank you for these videos 😊
Hi Dr. Karam, what is your opinion on estradiol topical creams for the face? Some research, not much yet. Do you think this will be promising?
I was just talking about this with someone today. We are pioneers. Hopefully the successive generation of women will have education as part of preventative and access to treatment (s) that are cutting edge now as part of a regular medical care. We live longer, stay in the work force longer ... we can't exist in decline and deprivation for 30+ years.
Thank you for the invaluable skincare advice during menopause. However, with emerging research highlighting the benefits of Hormone Replacement Therapies (HRTs), it's important to exercise caution when discussing HRT and its potential association with cancer, as it could inadvertently deter women from seeking beneficial treatment.
Thank you!
My skin didn’t change much during menopause. I didn’t have forehead lines, nasolabial deep lines or marionette lines. One simple thing I started doing in my 40s was slathered Vaseline on my face at night before going to bed. During the day I used it as a moisturizer. Of course now in my 70s I have fillers, toxins, biostimulators, dermarolling and creams. I don’t need a facelift yet, because I started early skincare with great genes!
I'm coming to the perimenopause stage so this video is very timely. Thank you!
You can take HRT in perimenopause. I've been on it 5 now
Im 36 and my girlfriend is 50. We've been dating for 4 years and only now I'm starting to wonder how is it going to be when she hits menopause. Great video!
Her appearance will age 10 years overnight literally.
If you love her it shouldn't matter. She will need your support. At 50, she will already be in perimenopause that is actually the worst time for women as our hormones are up & down daily. She could take HRT if she isn't already. I'm 49 in perimenopause I've been on mine 5 years. When we hit full menopause that's a year without a menstrual cycle. Our hormones level out but at a low range. This is why it's important to top it up with estrogen/ progesterone HRT
@@foreveryoung999 I’m 38 and will be fully in menopause at age 39. My skin is slightly saggier in the jowls but most people tell me they think I’m in my early 30s. I know I’m a sample size of one (& that im not fully through the process yet) but I do think if you take care of yourself it can be less extreme. There are subtle changes that you have to do some extra maintenance to maintain. I have some other significant health issues so it’s not that I’m so healthy I look this way lol. But with a bit of extra money and effort it won’t be extreme for many

Great informational video, thanks doc! What is your opinion on regular GFC and other procedures such as RF microneedling etc to help boost collagen, will those help significantly as well?
Got the answer in your video, sorry had missed that part 👍
This helps me understand.
Great video. I love your channel. Does microdermabrasion help promote collagen? Any tips? I'm 67 and have been having regular treatments for about 20 years.
Thanks doc 🎉
Another great topic!! Thank you Dr Karam!
Thank you so much for all your videos! BTW, your teeth looks super white and it draws a lot of positive attention. Please let us know the secret behind it 😀
I love your content, thank you! Can you provide some product names for the botanical lighteners? I know you reference them a lot, but you don't see to offer any products you suggest. Thank you!! :)
I guess Im glad I have oily skin....
True, I have this too but it doesn't stop us sagging, sadly.
Of all the things you mention and I agree, protecting your skin from the sun is the most important.
HRT & Cancer risk: the risk is because many women fail/delay to start HRT within the first 10 years from menopause.
The sooner you start, the better and lower the cancer risk. You never have to stop.
Il ne faut surtout pas prendre le traitement trop tard, le corps reste dans le confort des hormones sans rupture avec nos hormones naturelles
Single skin products weren’t available ten years ago only these ingredients were in expensive skin products and the skin tools have evolved with technology and research , as soon as the single serums were supplied to the market in a affordable way alongside education , we are getting closer to how to maintain skin with the right serums on the skin and it’s also a trial and error everybody reacts different so you have to see what works for your skin type , it’s taken several years for me to get the right recipe where my skin is consistently glowy and hydrated looking at 52
Please tell me your professional opinion on the castor oil craze and is it really beneficial to add to your skincare. TH-cam and TikTok is flooded with testimony!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your grandmother should have educated you. This has been passed down from gen to gen.
Try it for 1 week and you’ll notice a difference. Long term effects are 🙌🙌
@@katsspace4688 have you found a perfect recipe to mix it to make it less sticky and not lose benefits? For example Shea butter or sweet almond with maybe frankincense?
@@DawnSmith-nn2fp honestly, I dip my finger in the bottle and just massage it into my face at night. ❤️
That's interesting what changing has anyone noticed since using castor oil??
Love love love ur videos ❤❤
Will you do a video on plasma pen procedure? Thank you
Thanks Dr
Thank you sooo much dear Doc and big kisses to you and your lovely wife from Switzerland 😘😘😘
U r amazing Doctor ❤❤
How do you feel about topical estrogen for the face and body? Is there a product you recommend?
Wish winning the lottery to do this procedure with Dr. Karan
You are brilliant dear Dr Karam. The hormone replacement therapy is something that is considered all life long from perimenopause, for those who choose to go this way. It is really something precious and makes an enormous difference
Hi Dr, is Neda on hrt ???
I have a question. Are the collagen powders and tablet good to take and make e a difference? Also I love your videos!
It’s like you wrote this for me!
Hi, Dr
I'd like to hear a doctor's opinion on estrogen face cream.🙏💕
I can’t remember who, may have been Dr Dray (Dermatologist) who said it’s not going to work as you don’t have estrogen receptors on your face. If anything, depending on the ingredients, it’ll feel moisturizing but won’t have any long term effects. Stick with proven actives like what this video discusses.
@kellibauer238 We don't have estrogen receptors on my face! Oh..I understand
Thank you so much 💓
Thank you for this. You mentioned lasers, along with microneedling and chemical peels. I had a Fotona4D treatment a year ago but am reluctant to repeat because I am worried about a potential for permanent damage to the underlying fat. So now I am curious to know specifically which laser treatments you think might be occasionally helpful. (I am a 58 yo woman btw). Thank younfor clarifying 🙏🏼
In other videos, he seems to be a bigger proponent of chemical peels due to lasers having a tendency to melt those facial fat pads away.
Dr. Karan any opinion on the new Softwave technique
The average age of menopause in the U.S. is 51 but the process can begin up to 8 years before that.
Moreover, 1-3% of women enter menopause before age 40. That’s literally a couple million women in the U.S. 😳
No one warned me about this and at age 38 I just found out I’m nearly fully in menopause, and looking back I started perimenopause around age 34ish. Millions of women like myself are unprepared. BE PREPARED, LADIES!
Wish doctors would tell us this prior to hysterectomy. It hit me so quickly. Get hormones checked.
I’ve been watching your videos on vertical restore for a year now. My question is for people like me who have blood clotting disorder, protein C deficiency, how safe is the surgery?
How do you know what strength cream you need. Vitamin c, retinol, hyaluronic acid, ect?
