- Hello everyone, in today’s video I will show you how I make a delicious baked spaghetti. This is one of the best baked spaghetti recipes I have ever tried. You will enjoy this simple easy baked spaghetti recipe.
I have made your recipe for baked spaghetti 2 times now. My husband loves it. So do I. It is so creamy and cheesy. This time I added mushrooms. Thank you so much for your recipe.

Oh goodness I have mine in the oven @350 baking now!!!Been wanting this so badly. First time making it. I lost 25 lbs. Since 9-2-22 so this is my celebration dinner. Update: oh Lawd this is good, I added my secret ingredient a little substitute of your called for sour cream I was out and used cottage cheese. Wonderful ! Only gave a tiny taste test. I make mine the same way using the sour cream and cream cheese mixture. To make it easier to blend every thing well together, I use a hand held mixer, it makes the mix smooth and easy to incorporate. Instead of mixing the noodles with the cream cheese mix, I mix the noodles with the meat sauce and then layer the cream mixture on top kinda like a lasagna. That way the noodles are fully incorporated in meat sauce. Either way the end result is delicious.
I like my baked spaghetti layered like a lasagna the way she cooked it but sounds like you be throwing down too

I make mine using a cream cheese and sour cream mixture also. I have been for about 8 years or more cause who want ricotta or cottage cheese. Lol

There have to be a better way to spread that cheese over the noodles. Also, can you use that glass dish in the microwave without it exploding from being too hot? My microwave is not like everybody else, it's really hot.

I tried making this with Angelhair pasta instead of regular. The Angel hair was way too soft. I also use ground sirloin. I'll continue to make it until it comes out like yours I can almost taste yours threw the monitor It's delicious
