The best way to farm for Cetus wisp in my opinion was just starting a plain of eidolons bounties that gives you 2 wisp and once you get the wisp just evacuate once you have 2 and repeat the process
nah bro it’s an uncommon drop, there’s no reason i should be running the mission 4 times consecutively only to get nothing with a bonus every single time

For those poor folks who haven't got an archwing for free roam yet.... There is always Titania Warframe where you turn into a bug and fly around... its kinda like an Archwing. In fact, I got my "Kill 100 enemies with an archwing" achievement using that. Got two wisps using it... so that works
I don't know if this is still plausible but I prefer FLYING with the birb with loot radar, animal instinct, max duration and range. Look at the minimap for loot thingy. I didn't use archwing or k-drive back then because i couldn't see the loot thingy at the minimap. However, if you already memorize where the spots are, you could archwing your way to farm them even without the loot detector map or animal instinct. Or if you want to be much more efficient, you can go to orbiter, make some map markers to deploy on POE, and start marking every spot with the cetus wisp. I mean, this method should have been a no brainer but as it turns out, some people didn't even know there was a map marker we can deploy after making them in orbiter. But the birb though, fly, people, fly with the birb. F L Y W I T H B I R B
i found for players who dont have any mods to help you or an arch wing use the k drive since you can use it on water and just travel that way since theres nothing in your way less enemies to deal with too
I genuinely have the worst rng with these things. I can spend an entire night going across every body of water in eidolon and maybe get 2 if I'm lucky.
Go to the main lake and do 1 scan around, move to the twin horns and do 1 scan around, then leave poe. Rinse and repeat. I found that better than staying and looking. Also a booster helps.
@@burntbacn you can get 2 as a common drop from the lvl 40-60 bounty aswell on cetus i think.. not a great source but it every little helps. Good luck with it though ✌️

Actually free-roam and hit all the big lakes. You'll get at least 2 in minutes...go back to cetus and go back out again. That's it really. I combine it by doing the bounty and free roaming a bit after...get standing with Cetus and the Quills too. And I NEVER overlook other materials. Total hoarder murder-hobo style!
sorry but this method doesn't work for me... i've been non stop farming for wisps these last 4 days and got a total of 4 wisps! Hours of searching with thief's wit for 4 wisps? this is why i quit playing 2 years ago. it's to F'ing frustrating! And i can't do the special misions on rail jack cuz my amp is trash! garbage!
Ahaha as a new war frame player I'm having a hard time farming without archwing I'm kinda having safe and sound while fishing and looking for gems then after few minutes i always find myself running away from greeniers. they always disturb my fishing sessions On the rivers the all i can do is slide+jump to stay away from them Ahaha i also admit that with just farming i died and it says mission fail and i lost all my loots like it happened to me 3 x its because sometimes when random people join they kinda lure enemies 😂

If you use thief wit make sure to walk using warframe since it doesn't work on archwing mode
yeap, learned it the hard way. Only loot detector mod works on archwing.

These fucking garbage wisps are the only thing i get from bounties, one of the reasons i never play cetus bounties

Or archwing is fine though, much faster and you can blink every 3 seconds or so.
But I do encourage you guys to fly with the birb.

Just hunt eldions, i have so many sentient cores to the point that im starting to sell for credits
