Yes, I'm aware that pepperoni is not an authentic Italian ingredient. But I needed it for the alliteration so...
This video / animation is about the history of Italy with a twist. It is explained by a pizza recipe! Italy has such a rich history, and unfortunately pizza is supposed to be a simple dish. Therefore, I could not cram as much historical references as I would've liked. What country should I make a recipe for next time?
