Very nice video! Usually here before putting the pizza in the oven for cooking we add some olive oil on all the pizzas (except the 4 cheese and I think the Hawaii one) this will make them cook better and make them tastier and softer. The wooden spatula should be used only to put pizza in oven then, you need a metal (and tinyer) spatula to rotate them in the oven and to remove them once they are ready. Your pizzas looks very good. Fact: in Italy we don't have Peperoni sausage, the most similar thing is called salame piccante or schiacciata calabrese. Peperoni is referred to sweet peppers
I'm Italian and I can say that I absolutely don't care if the rest of the world likes pineapple pizza, I don't like food extremists and I think that cuisine is beautiful because everyone can take traditional recipes and modify them to their own taste. liking.

Sinceramente non sono d'accordo con te. Probabilmente esageriamo, può essere vero, anche se non condivido i motivi per cui lo facciamo da te descritti, ma credo anche io che la pizza sia la base ideale per farsela come si vuole, del resto i gusti non sono uguali tra persona e persona, figuriamoci tra cultura e cultura, quello che proprio non riesco a tollerare è lo spacciare una cosa non canonica e corretta, come "ricetta italiana". Un esempio su tutte è la Carbonara (sono di Roma), si può fare sicuramente una pasta con la panna, il prosciutto, il prezzemolo e chissà cos'altro ci viene in mente, da aggiungere al formaggio (passiamo sopra alla questione parmigiano/pecorino romano) ed all'uovo, ecc., ma non chiamiamola Carbonara. È un'altra cosa, magari anche buona, ma deve avere un proprio nome ed una propria eventuale dignità. Altrimenti capita di vedere turisti che vengono a Roma e si lamentano contrariati che "questa non è la Carbonara" (sentiti con le mie orecchie più volte). È colpa loro? non credo. È colpa di tutti questi sciagurati che diffondono informazioni sbagliate 🤷🏻♂️
@@7972renward si chiama "pizza hawiiana" e in tutto il mondo sanno che viene odiata dagli italiani. Nessuno la spaccia per roba italiana, al massimo credono che venga dalle Hawaii (anche se inventata in Canada). Non capisco quindi questa contestazione.
Per quello che riguarda la carbonare: esiste un'ipotesi per cui sia stata inventata dagli americani e questi usavano uova e pancetta, solo in seguito hanno messo il guanciale.
Anche nelle regioni settentrionali si usava la panna, poi il tempo hanno imparato ad usare le uova.
Quelle poche volte che la faccio io uso la pancetta al posto del guanciale, perché la prima mi piace di più, lo stesso faccio mettendoci il grana al posto del pecorino (che personalmente trovo troppo salato) e continuo a chiamarla carbonara e se a qualcuno da fastidio, non mi interessa, non perdo di certo il sonno.
Come vedi, non è una questione di "estero" dove la carbonara è anche scarsamente mangiata; ma cambia da persona a persona. L'idea di creare un copyright per le pietanza l'ho sempre trovata una grandissima puttanata.

Wow this was fun to watch, different styles on each pizza and all looked tasty, making me hungry watching it, great seeing blue cheese being used, it's good in pasta and on pizzas, tinned sardines,olives, chillies and rocket lettuce an blue cheese great on the same pizza too with sprinkle of chilli olive oil over the top 👌😁🏴
