Truly appreciate this video at this exact time!!! Just bought a storage unit with 50 boxes of paperbacks ,unfortunately I threw away 15 but have 35 to go through . Thank you so much , also found a box full of stamps, great time for me to learn both and hopefully turn my unit into profit🤞 . I'm all in at 250 on the unit

Why did you throw away 15 boxes of paperbacks?

Do your research on the stamps my friend , they go way under looked , there are many valuable stamps out there and people have no idea , I bought a big book at auction for $17 and took it to a guy who moves them for you and he showed me the value of each stamp and one of the stamps was worth $300 , well to do the research , Good luck , Dave at 55.

I bought a storage unit and counted 28 boxes in the pictures when I got the unit it was over 70 boxes ,I'm a 1 man operation with a minivan and was rushing to not lose my deposit and my rights to purchase another unit , and being rushed and alone had to dump a load to rush for the next one with my garage already being full .

Thank you dave w. truly appreciate your words ,I put them away once I'm done with sorting the books and board games gonna look further into them since they take up less space , not many old stamps though but have a couple books of stamps from all over the world from 1930s to 1960s . Learning how much value are in the old board games as well ,Avalon Hill board games from the 70s and 80s have some selling over $100 .

I had a hard cover copy of "Thinner" by Richard Bachman with the fake photo and bio before it was revealed it was really a King book. I lent it to someone and never got it back. It has caused me deep regret for years.

To me, growing up watching the macabre stories of Edgar Allen Poe, Vincent Price was Poe. Price starred as the lead in 7 movies made from 7 Edgar Allan Poe stories. Price was a consummate refined gentleman, with Élan for music, art and his awesome wardrobe created someone truly mystical. He was like Dr. Strange.
Starting in 1949 and lasting half a century, an anonymous person, affectionately known as the “Poe Toaster,” visited Edgar Allan Poe's gravesite on the eve of his birthday every year. The Toaster always left a partial bottle of cognac along with three roses at the site. Substantial efforts were made to 'catch' whoever it was, not for any crime, but to solve the mystery of his identity. Price died in 1993, I like to think that
    the mysterious visitor was Vincent.

The yellow cover edition of RAGE was the first edition in the UK; you’ll notice the imprint is New English Library and the cover price is in pounds sterling. I have it in mint condition; mail ordered it from the British NEL catalog while it was still in print because I knew “Bachman” was King (this info was leaked some years before King claims it was) but had not come across the US edition in any bookstore. (I had found what were then “the other three” of that first quartet.)
The Vornholt computer game book, and his name is pronounced VORN-(rhymes with morn and corn)-holt (rhymes with bolt), was not published by Penguin, but by Boulevard, which was the media tie-in imprint of Ace/Berkley.

I've reduced the paperbacks I sell due to thrift store pricing, But I still love finding books. that others are wanting.

There is a market for them but they are labeled "ex libris" and they are less valuable due to the markings, labels, glue etc. Unless the book is extremely rare, it's not going to be worth anything close to its true value.

I'm selling on Facebook Marketplace where they allow up to 10 photos. Sometimes I have to choose whether to include more photos of the inside of a book (think illustrations for a children's book) or the copyright page. This mostly happens when I am doing a lot of 2 or more books.
Do you think most buyers would prefer the copyright picture or another picture of the illustrations or a sample of the text inside a book.
