    That was one way to remind my core and glutes who’s boss! 🍑😅 It might have been “just” 20 minutes, but by the end, I was best friends with my mat and giving my ottoman some serious side-eye. 😂 But hey, no regrets - that’s how we get stronger! 💪 Anyone else feel their back thanking them after those back extensions?
