The designers for manufactured homes are finally listening! Large, matching windows across the front and higher ceilings, a dark exterior, all make for better curb appeal. This design is a winner. Chance gives the best house tours - he's the only guide I don't mute! Lol

I think of all the single wide homes you’ve shown this is one of my favorites. As I said ONE of my favorites because Chance you seem to find all the real nice single wides. I was about to give up on the single wides cuz they all just seem like you’re living in a hallway but not this one. I love love it

Those open lower cubby spaces below the master vanity could be covered with plain false panels that touch-click open. This way homeowners would have a secret place to stash jewelry, papers or other valuables.)

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the open shelves in the kitchen and open shelves in the bottom of the double sinks. It really topped my day when I saw that tub in the master bathroom in a single wide. I love it. ❤❤❤❤❤
The first mobile home I bought was an older 14×76 singlewide. The 2nd bedroom was almost as long as the hallway. My son's Full size bed, 6 drawer dresser with a mirror, and his gaming computer desk and chair all fit. What has made this change? I sold it in 2018, and wish I hadn't. I enjoy watch all videos that you do. You're such a joy to watch. It's a complaint to the manufacturers. I'll have to purchase a doublewide now, so there's room for both of my sons.
The outside needs something.....a front porch or awnings or a pointed roof or something....kind of looks like a shipping container....? Beautiful inside but I would get rid of the cabinet across from the front door and put a small coat closet. And there's no wall for a TV in the main bedroom. But thank you Chance for bringing us so many different houses!
I'm actually surprised they have drawers above doors in the kitchen but by how the look of the outside and how it pops you know it's going to be nice on the inside love it Chance
It looks like only three people can eat at the same time. I was an only child and the last trailer I lived in was when I was in grade school. (Long time ago, yikes). That trailer was 10 ft. x 50 ft. I think we didn't have company for dinner, like my grandparents who lived in the same trailer park. We had a bar that was for three people, I think. We did have the old-fashioned TV trays we used at times but that was when I had a TV dinner for dinner. True story! I think back in the day, it must have been difficult to have family dinners together. It's always an interest to me to see the single-wide homes.

Chance, this one is gorgeous for a single wide!!! im a renter looking to buy my 1st home but this economy is making it very difficult. i saw the $120k estimate and while on its own, seems like a decent price, after adding land and all those other costs, its just not feasible for so many of us. id love to see more 3b 2b homes in the $100k or less range, like precovid prices. to be honest, its not so much about the upgrades but about getting 4 walls and a roof thats solid and built well.
Ok this is legit the best single selection home I have seen so far nothing I would change perfect as is I’m just blown away it’s a single selection home that definitely feels like a upscale modular home wow just absolute perfection well done and lucky for me we have a Clayton dealer here in ky just a very short drive from me right on the outskirts of the city 😁

This would be perfect for a family that didn't have a family or friends and didn't like to entertain. Only 3 seats at the kitchen island and no space for a dining table. Otherwise, it looked pretty nice.

Does he have a nice master bathroom and bedroom for a😂 single wide and the kitchen is very nice and really like the water heater in a easy accessible closet in the laundry room.
I saw the next single wide. I like the kitchen island on this one. BUT instead of having the sink in the island, put it on the back counter. Then the island would be great.
That is really a reasonable price for this size home. The only thing I don’t like about is that there really isn’t a dining area. At least it does have the barstools.

Singles and doubles that are nice and affordable. I think the higher price homes are less likely to get purchased. Most of the viewers that like that are not going to be watching this. Really nice! And my usual complaints, the front and back doors would be changed to more secure ones, no built in microwave, regular vent-a-hood, And I would opt for the secondary bath but no shower, walk in tub, aka the Geezer package!! OH!! and a gas supplied alternate heat source instead of tat electric fireplace. Other than that, I could live with it with some added porches front and back. Very pretty though.

This is my farite single style home I've seen.
Very nice. I like the single wide videos. Because as an older woman, when I wasn’t living in it any longer, my children could sell it easier.
Just wish there was a closet at the entry!

Love this one but I’d eliminate the small bedroom so you could have room more room in the living room and could have a dining area as well.
