Nice budget compact looms for the price…..if on a tight budget….you wud need transport tho as both look off the beaten track so be a fair walk to a 7-11 etc…but both looked quiet locations…thx!!🤔😉😎🙏🏼
Yeah they are, 7-11’s are easy walking distance, I turned the wrong way at the first one 😩 and didn’t show how close at the 2nd one but transport would be a good idea 👍

Yes they are mate, great starting point and to be honest the first one I could easily live in, I am never home during the day and use an air fryer for cooking plus with parking under cover it’s good 👍

Maybe you can find some 1 bedroom huts or small places right on the beach north of Pattaya or south Pattaya or? Where ever?
Not many of those around Pattaya except hotels, need to be way away from Pattaya for beach homes

Thank you too mate, there are good deals around at the moment before high season kicks in and you can get say 35sqm one bedroom not too far from the beach, remember my old place at City Garden Tropicana with pool access, that was not to far from the beach and easy walk, they are around 10k atm 👍

Mate, most of the rentals I look at are min 6 months and very few will do monthly, you might have to look on AirBnB or Agoda for something but it is high season so it won’t be cheap. If I come across anything I will video it and let you know 👍

Unfortunately Thomas I do live in Melbourne would be in Thailand but the heat and humidity 300 days a year is just too much even my Thai wife hates the unbearable heat I was in Bangkok last week temperature 33 with feels like temperature 42
