My 2002 Volkswagen Jetta had the same idea with the door locks and windows. Put the key in the keyhole turn and hold it to the lock position the windows would all roll up. Hold it in the unlock position and the windows would roll down. Was great for the summer days. I wish more cars had that little Easter egg.

If the control is a virtual one, they seem to be unable to remember its location, almost as if they expect it to have moved in the time since they last used it. It's a "two-tap" activation procedure, and the first thing one must tap IS a physical button, which guarantees the appearance of the virtual second button.
Again, I'm just curious. It's a curious thing, and I don't believe that simple age-related cognitive decline accounts for it. Perhaps it's a perception thing, or maybe this sort of thing requires the use of a part of one's brain that older people just never had occasion to use before. Or some other reason entirely. But, yes, curious.
@@wesgregg6451 I'm 24 and I HATE touchscreen HVAC controls as well as some other touch screen functions. I like all the infotainment to be on a touchscreen if it's well set up but functions that are very significant and/or used very frequently are best left as buttons.
That rear window is actually amazing, best visibility I've seen out if a mid-engined car.
Agreed, i wish all cars that can put down windows from the key fob would allow you to pull it back up just as easily.

FINALY a exotic car that can be a "USEFUL" daily car!! I luv it! As I've watched more of your videos, the one continuous factor I've notice is none of them are cars you can drive daily or even on a weekend getaway. I do realize they are mostly built as track vehicles but I'm a big "bang for your bucks" type of guy, so, most exotics I would luv to drive but wouldn't spend the money. This McLaren GT is one I would spend the money on and it's because of the everything that this car offers! The exterior design, I luv it, ESPECIALLY that shade of blue, the storage space, I LUV IT, lol, the leather interior, I LUV IT, lol, all while maintaining McLaren power, yeah this car is a WINNER!! I would reduce the wheel size DOWN to performance18's to improve the bumpy ride! Thanks Doug!

Over the entire back glass? I don’t think it is. On the sunroof? Yes. But I don’t think it’s on the whole back window. The US has very strict guidelines regarding things like that.

ностромов mid engine just means it’s between the axles. This car would technically be mid rear engined. The miata (NC and ND) and all RX models along with the C7 corvette and probably others im missing are front mid engined
