Inspirational and I know from my Argentine friends, a huge pride to their car industry. He's a gem.

This car is 22 years old and it looks like it was released yesterday. Truly one of the most timeless and beautifully designed cars of the modern era, if not all time.

Doug, wonderful video as usual! Did you know that also the gauge cluster is borrowed from another car? In fact, Pagani took the gauge cluster from the first generation Lancia Y (you read it as "Ypsilon") made from 1996 to 2003 sold in Europe (especially of course in Italy). If you search the gauge cluster of the Ys with the tachometer (yes, some of them didn't get a tachometer) on the internet you can clearly see that it's the exact same cluster, only with a more exotic and interesting font! Even the warning lights and the 3 unlabeled buttons are exactly the same!

Great video Doug, Pagani was born in a very small town in the center of my country Argentina, I've been there a couple of times and there was an opportunity when Horacio brought one of the Zonda and drove by Casilda's streets.
This is probably one of my all time favorite cars. The design is timeless and the powertrain is perfect, and the interior is amazing. Also, a V12 with a 6 speed, thats awesome! If I could find one, and if I had the money, I would buy it without any hesitation.
Those Le Mans "road prototypes" are hyper rare. Some of them have only a single unit built just to meet the regulation at that time. I would love to see the Toyota GT One, or the Nissan R390 though....
I love the Zonda's steering wheel, I love everything about this car, the manual box, a simply beautiful interior, rear wheel drive, n/a V12. must I say more?

Doug needs to get knee pads for reviewing these super and hyper cars he's always on his knees because these cars are so low and sleek. I don't think some people realize how low these cars are from roof to ground. Now look at it if you've never noticed he's always reviewing cars while kneeling.

Because actually Mercedes doesnt use this particular engine , and since its a pretty big one , it shouldnt be doing any stress even with that power

Zonda was the car that litteraly bringed me back into the interest for fast cars. It's radical racing design and sound bring me back the feelings I left behind, when I was 14 and played Need For Speed 4 and was fall in love with cars and bikes.
