We hope you've had a great week and been training hard with us live or on TH-cam! Either way we welcome you back for another 25 minute, follow along, Muay Thai class that covers hands & push kicks! It's an open level class and beginner friendly.
Jethro aka the "Monkey King" is known for his heavy hands and tossing people in the clinch. He will show you how he was built by leading you in a class tailored around conditioning & Muay Thai techniques.

Thank you for the work out I’m saving to my playlist. I’ve studied boxing and five animals shaolin kung fu for over 20 years but it feels good to incorporate a new style. I really got into it when I fought a Muay Thai practitioner and it was an awesome bout.
This was great! I really enjoyed doing this! It’s easily adaptable for other martial arts like karate and taekwondo.

Can anyone please share what's the significance of the noise the trainer makes while punching and kicking?
I have seen people saying you need to get muay thai classes if u wanna train for muay thai, to build good fundamentals. Im curious if workouts like this arent gonna build wrong fundamentals?
