I can workout on my own. Why pay for classes to exercise? Too many trainers wear you out before you actually learn anything. Five minute warmup max.

Thank you for the work out I’m saving to my playlist. I’ve studied boxing and five animals shaolin kung fu for over 20 years but it feels good to incorporate a new style. I really got into it when I fought a Muay Thai practitioner and it was an awesome bout.
